I’ve been taking my dog Jacob to see Eva every month for the past 2 years ever since he was a puppy. He always comes home looking and smelling nice. Good cuts (not too short nor too long either), and good in accommodating appointments based on my work schedule. Prices are reasonable too.

Horrible service! I had my daughter take my cavalier poodle there for the first time yesterday, for a trim and bath. The only reason he went there was because his usual groomer was not available. This was the first and only time he will ever go there. The cut was horrible and uneven and Eva shaved so much around his eye that the skin is exposed and red. I now have to take him to the hospital because he has a fever and the skin is inflamed.

Went here quite a few times and thought the grooming was decent. I have a short-hair dog, so not much grooming involved per se. However, the past two times I went there my dog came back sad and was just not right. She was very lethargic for at least two days. That was enough for me, so I changed places and my dog now comes back happy as could be and acts like herself. I would not recommend going here and I definitely will not be back.

I was skeptical at first because of the reviews I read but she did a good job with my Maltese puppy. There are a few things that worried me at the beginning of the appointment when it comes to the things she had me sign and her telling me to not expect a perfect haircut because it was his first and he needed to get used to it. By the time I arrived he looked pretty. The cut could have been a bit more even below the tail and in the ears but overall it was pretty good. He also smelled really good and got a cute bandana.

Horrible place. Dogs are mistreated and they DO NOT care about our pets. My dog looks horrible after I brought him to be groomed. He's been extremely sad since he got home. That Lady is really nasty as well. I have never seen my dog so sad. That place should be banned.

Eva is a terrific and very experienced groomer. Her shop is bright and clean, and scheduling is flexible. We bring all four of our dogs there and are always happy with her services.

Owner is very kind and does a great job. My dog is quite skittish but doesn’t mind going to Bliss. And he always looks/smells great when she’s done with him. I continue to recommend Bliss to friends and neighbors.

We are first-time dog owners with a very excitable dog (not vicious she wants to play with EVERYBODY) I was nervous about her being around other dogs but the owner gave us guidance (such as being the first or last dog of the day) After grooming she went over what she thought would work best for next time. Our “Nosy Rosie” got what was needed done and we are overjoyed with the results. We’ve had her 2 months and we are doing our best to do what is best for her and in my opinion Bliss is what is best for her.

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this establishment. I think we all go to our pet groomers expecting our dogs to be treated well and receive a good grooming, but that was not the case when we came to Bliss Dog Grooming. My dog came out looking incredibly goofy, with a hair cut that was short in some places and long in others. My very sweet dog even came back looking sad, so I don't know what they did to him there. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please do NOT send your dog here!

Please do not take your pet here, they are not professionals and have injured our pet, causing rashes and irritation all over her back, abdomen, and behind. After all this, they still have the audacity to charge full price. If you really care for your pet, please DO NOT bring them here!!
