Clear signs to follow before reaching the lab. The staff was very friendly and showed me the pricing before the procedure so there were no surprise fees. They only take cash or card.

I made a same day appointment. When I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment, there was a sign that stated that the office is closed 12pm-1pm. I still entered and Donna was very pleasant! She took all of my information, drew blood (painlessly), and even gave me info for a discount for other services at another lab! I am very grateful that she was there to help me!

I called 3 times trying to get results for my lab work i got done 2 weeks ago and each time i call, they pick up & hang up immediately. Extremely frustrating. Whoever takes patient calls should be fired.

Staff are the front desk are not active as they should be. Having putting your name on the list and not being called until you approach them is not it should be. They are on their phone. Sitting arrangement is not good. If you sit in the corner, they can't see you and they will forget that there is someone waiting for them to call.
