I completely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to be educated on and to buy your medical supplies. I’ve been coming to this place for years and had the benefit to get to know the staff throughout the years. The registered nurse on staff, Donna, has been there from the day the company opened and is very passionate about helping her customers. Sometimes even too intensely passionate. She has that “old school nurse vibe” where she cares more about your health/safety and helps you problem solve rather than try to sell you something that you don’t need. What I appreciate the most is that she didn’t sugar coat information to me just to make a sale. For example, one time I tried to get compression socks but my insurance is not in network :(. I had every right to go elsewhere to a location that was in network but it was so far away and inconvenient. Instead, I decided to buy the socks and work with my insurance to reimburse the charge. It actually was a lot easier than I realized. Personally, that was more worth my time than having to drive around looking for a place that is in my insurance’s network.Another time, my friend wanted to buy a wheeled walker for her grandmother. Donna took the time to show and explain why getting a wheeled walker walker would be a disaster waiting to happen. She literally showed my friend how easy it would be for her grandmother to fall using such a device based on a medical perspective. My friend ended up learning from Donna and ended up not buying it that day.Overall, the company is great and I’m grateful that there still exists a physical place like this where I can go and get help and education on the medical supplies I need.

After going to 2 different Medical Supply stores who were of no help, this 3rd one was the BEST! Donna made sure my grandmother got what she needed. She was able to help me tremendously! I highly recommend them!

Awesome place, and professional nice lady Donna. Although she could sell me sneakers, she advised me to get prescription to get it for free and covered by insurance. She is very nice and happy person. And so knowledgeable. Thank you so much Donna. You are the best.

Very unprofessional and unpleasant service. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.Went in to get a wrist brace, the older blond lady showed me a couple that I tried on. I saw that they seemed pricey ($75 for one wrist) so I started googling and saw the same one on Amazon for $22. I guess she saw me looking it up and legit told me to not waste her time, that she’s a registered nurse, her time is valuable bla bla bla… then basically told me to leave and buy it online. so I got in my car, ordered the braces for both wrists, paid $45 instead of $150. Thanks Amazon for saving me $100 !

I rented a wheelchair when I had knee surgery. Donna was really great helping me and showing me how to set up the chair. Highly recommend this place.

Very bad service here. I understand everything is a business but when it comes to patients medical supplies no matter the insurance, we should be treated the same. I know (money wise) that Medicaid patients doesn’t benefit the business BUT we’re not any less of a human. Have some consideration for ALL; can’t speak for all employees working here but DONNA was really rude and inconsiderate.
