I needed a new battery and stopped into the Allwood Autozone where Aidan not only assisted me in selecting and installing the right battery, but also by replacing a badly corroded negative contact point.
When it became obvious that there was an issue with the starter, I mentioned that luckily ETD, where I usually have the car maintained, was across the street. Aidan accompanied me there and explained what he had observed to our mechanic, who then accompanied us back to Autozone, had a look, made a quick-fix adjustment to the existing starter to get the car running again and offered to take the car in right away.
Aidan couldn’t have been more helpful, personable or professional. Autozone are very lucky to have him.

The judges of Santo Domingo give criminals two options. Go to prison or go to America and work at Autozone in Clifton. They sell leaking batteries, be careful!

I visited this location at 8:30am on 2/18/24 and left frustrated. I walked in; the store was empty, and no one was available to help. Eventually, an old man named Jeff came out and was heading towards the back. As he was heading there, I asked for help three times, trying to get his attention, and was deliberately IGNORED. I know for sure he didn’t have any disabilities, and he was good at hearing. A younger gentleman eventually came out and was very helpful. I hope this review catches the attention of the store owner or the store manager and that the employee in question receives some sort of training in customer service.

I notified William the manager about an issue I was having with a battery warranty and he went above and beyond and gave me a replacement battery after I was treated very badly by the Tow truck company that sold me a old battery that would not have qualified for a warranty. William spoke to me very kindly and respectfully. He instructed me when to bring my car in and he put the battery in for me. He was a God send . I appreciate your company for having employees who are kind , understanding and competent in their work. Thank you to William, and his excellent team . He is truly a wonderful example of a leader.
