I went to the store to purchase a phone at full price / no contract and they refused to sell it to me unless they activate it for me. I even told them that it was for a surprised gift. They told me no, that they can not sell me a new phone without activating it. They even told me that they can not sell it to me at full price and that I would have to pay a small remainder either on my next bill or over the next 24 months (the amount was in the 40's if I remember correctly). They will not sell me a phone because they will not make commission. I went elsewhere. My review was edited. They even told me to go to another brand store name and purchase it there instead.

Clean store and very helpful. I was looking for some answers to a problem with my phone. Steve introduced himself and made me feel very comfortable. He helped me with questions then onto Chris another great guy who took the the time too to help me in my dilemma. He connected me to Al from the claim center. I was referred to them by Edwin from the little falls store because they have technicians in clifton who could assess my phones needs. so glad I met with some phenomenal gentleman!

DISHONEST and TERRIBLE service. I called in advance to find out whether they had the new iPhone in stock - they said yes. I sat down and was charged for the phones only to then be told that they didn’t actually have the phones in stock. I’ll never go back and recommend that you save yourself time and frustration by avoiding this store.

DON'T waste your time going to this store. I called in advance to ask whether they had the new iPhone in stock. They LIED and said yes. I show up, they charge me for the phone, and then admit that they don't have it in stock. unbelievable waste of my time. Bad business - if I could give 0 stars, I would.

Was at this Store in September. Was told by the sales representative that if I upgraded my service, the I phone 14 would be free, Total Scam, according to AT&T they never give free phones and am now stuck paying $25 a month for a phone that was supposed to be free... Sales reps in this store cannot be trusted!!!

I have been in the United States for 7 years and I have NEVER seen one that has a TERRIBLE attention to how it is, I in particular am extremely sorry for having bought in this store, it is simply that the employees are not INTERESTED in the customers, I am simply changing to another TMOBILE or VERIZON operator because they are not interested in the fact that I bought my IPHONE phone and after 30 days I still never received my phone and at no time did they worry about solving my problem or explaining to me why my phone never arrived. In short, it is the WORST store, hopefully and They can improve for future clients!! Thank you
