All depends on who’s working if the man is working u greeted with a . If the re a female working, no smile . Looks like She Mad at everything usually the wait time isn’t long compared to the other ones in the area

Worst USPS location I have ever dealt with(and I lived in brooklyn for two years, so that says a lot.) The manager and older male cashier are consistently rude and condescending. The only upside to this location is that there is never a line(probably because the staff is so miserable to deal with.) I know go out of my way to a different location

Didn’t catch his name but the guy working there was the friendliest and most helpful USPS worker I’ve ever encountered. Really made things easy for me.

I always get great service when I'm there. The people that work there are very friendly. They always ask if I need anything else or what they can they do for me. I really appreciate the little thing like thank you and have a nice day and they do that.

Empty for a reason, the worker was so condescending and rude I will gladly drive elsewhere for my packages. I incorrectly labeled and packaged my item and the man behind the counter was trying to get me to read aloud my error. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a post office before !

Vendor Package delivered to Cliffwood Post Office 12/20/18 (confirmed) for delivery to my address by 12/24/18. To date 12/26/18 still no package and I am unable to get a staff member on the phone at Cliffwood Post Office locale. The Line rings, is picked up and disconnected. Lost package episode has occured 3 times over past 2 years w/ excuses lost/misplaced/delivered to wrong address. How is this monitored? I am placing a formal complaint and concerns with US Postal Service. Am I safer with a PO BOX at the main Post Office in Matawan? I've lost my trust in USPS.

It'd be nice if they had an automated teller machine here. There's always only one worker so the wait can get annoying
