“There are not many UPS stores in Staten Island. Every time I visit this particular store, it's always very busy with people lining up to send or return packages. Fortunately, they seem to know how to allocate staff to handle such situations. Each of the four employees there has their own responsibilities. Sometimes the staff are so busy that they can't even talk, but we all understand that everyone has busy periods at work. I hope to open a UPS store near Woodrow, which would be very convenient for many people”

3140 NJ-35, Hazlet“Corey saved my a$$, big time! I sent two poster foam boards that I need for a big presentation to the Sea Girt Staples at 8:15 Wednesday night. I immediately called them to explain that I needed to pick them up by 4pm the next day (the website said 8pm). The woman at the sea girt store told me to call back in the morning to let them know I needed it earlier than 8. When I called the next day at 8:30 AM the lady who I spoke to told me that there was no way she could guarantee it by 4 because it was a time consuming item. I begged and pleaded with her and offered to pay a rush fee and she just said sorry, can’t guarantee anything. Being that my work presentation to the town was at 6 I couldn’t take the chance. I suddenly remembered that the last time I used the Hazlet staples for a print projects they were super helpful so on a Hail Mary I gave it a shot and called them. I spoke to Corey who couldn’t have been more understanding or pleasant. He assured me they could have it ready for pickup by 4 (disclosure: there was a rush fee but I was happy to pay it as long as I could get my boards before 4) Additionally, once it was ready he even took the extra step to call us directly to let us know it was done. 10 out of 10 recommend this store for all your print and marketing needs. Thank you so much Corey! (Side note: when I called back sea girt to cancel the order I spoke to the same woman who I had just spoken to 5 minutes before and she told me she already started on my project and it’d be ready by 1. Unbelievable! I told her to throw it out because she refused to guarantee it’d be ready when I spoke to her earlier so I was using hazlet staples instead. So annoying because I would have been happy to use sea girt if they would have just told me it’d be ready on time instead of being difficult)”

This means they have packaging supplies.No Sunday FedEx pickup and no onsite scanning so don't ship valuables unless you stop by during pickup times.Note, for UPS this location does not carry their packaging supplies.The guys that work here very nice but it is what it is. Also this location has a workstation if you need it.1 Star removed because they don't scan FedEx drop-offs.”

“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”
