“Out of all of the UPS stores I've visited in my life (which is a lot), this one hands down provides the best customer experience. ALL of the employees are super helpful, informative, welcoming, and just nice in general. I've never gotten a bad vibe or felt like I was inconveniencing the workers (which is how I feel every time I go to USPS down the road...). I've been offered suggestions on proper packing to decrease shipping costs, I've received help with packaging including taping, and the store is always in stock with what I need. I especially love the large table in the center where I can lay out all of my orders to organize before shipping them out. You guys are great and I'll miss having this as my neighborhood UPS after I move!”

“This place is great! My go to location for shipping. It offers the convenience of having all the major shippers, including USPS, under one roof for both domestic and international package shipments. A wide range of packing supplies also available for purchase.
What's even better is that the staff there are pleasant, patient, helpful and efficient. Can't beat that!”
“Been coming here for years - mostly for phone chargers and to print documents when I didn't have a printer years ago. Staff here has always been friendly, helpful and courteous with me. Their main business seems to be small electronics and protective equipment (phone/tablet cases, headphones, chargers, gaming controllers, etc), international shipping - mainly to Central and South America and funds wiring. The only knock is that it can get pretty packed their, you'll be tended to after you've waited on line for a little while and the person will direct you to the other end of the store too wait yet again, because they only handle wiring and shipping. I mean, it's a small space - you can't grab a charger from 12' away and ring me up for it? Other than that, the place provides good service.”
“I love Cobble Mail and couldn’t recommend it more. I get a ton of packages mailed here (both for personal and for work purposes) and have never had any issues. The ownership and staff here are incredibly friendly and I enjoy seeing them on my daily stop in. I’ve also used Cobble Mail for printing, passport photos, and purchasing supplies. This place is a neighborhood establishment and they do a fantastic job.”

I needed copies of documents and photos for Superior Court. Not a large order but I figured I would get this done Sunday afternoon before closing and be all ready for Tuesday. This store has a HUGE following . Of course at that hour everyone wants to be first and hopes they will get service . Just AMAZING ! Another customer also commented on Duane's efficiency. “This is my go-to neighborhood spot for all my shipping needs - it's very convenient for dropping off UPS and Fedex but they are also extremely helpful if you don't have a pre-paid label - they always help find the best, most reasonably priced option. They also do passport photos - I brought my kid, who was uncooperative to say the least, and Ameer was SO kind and patient, he guided my kid through the process until we got the perfect shot, which believe me, was not easy.”
