I have been living in this area for 35 years and never knew about this wonderful Gym, it was a nice discovery. Very Clean, amazing swimming pool, lots of exercise machines, plenty of parking. Definitely the largest and best one in the area.

A hidden gem with great views and plenty of parking. The gym is never crowded and machines are readily available. Vinny Que, who is the gym manager is knowledgeable and always ready to help you achieve your fitness goals. Vinny definitely brings positive energy to this gym.
Complete Fitness Facility, with indoor competition quality pool. Full spa like amenities, group fitness classes, pilates and personal training offered. Smoothie and coffee bar as well as 3 level enclosed parking garage finishes off this one of kind fitness facility!
