“Such a wonderful experience! I’ve been using medical supplies my whole life and this store was the best I’ve ever been to. Didn’t blink at me being such a young catheter user either, which I really appreciate cause I normally get gawked at. I was so comfortable and got what I needed.”
“The anesthetics of the store are rather pleasing, open layouts rendering a customer friendly shopping experience. The staff are friendly and diligent. I called about whether they had a particular DME item. They did the most logical thing (i.e. if you are a good retailer) and went out and searched thier inventory. After they confirmed that item was in stock, it politely advised to come before closing time. Which I did do and found the item in store. When I turned up at the register they recognized the item and pulled out the item from behind the counter and said "you're the one that called..." Furthermore, they helped me confirm that it was the right size. All these things are rather small, simple and easy stuff. However, as a pharmacist, I can say that you would be surprised how many organizations can't duplicate that of service.”
