My mom is in her late 70's, she is a diabetic & needed shoes. We went to the store, filled out the necessary paperwork & worked with Sarah who harassed my moms doctors for Dr. notes. When we had the notes & scrip, the owner Marcy called to rudely say our foot Dr whom we know for twenty years was not cooperating. I called Marcy to tell her Medicare said this wasn't necessary, she was highly insulted & now she will not give back my mothers information. This is unprofessional behavior, I would never recommend using this store.

This place is beyond sketchy. The shoes cost way more than if you bought from the company on line. They are only interested in Medicaid patients.

Excellent customer service, shoes fit perfectly. The store manager took the time to measure my feet properly and explain how use shoes in full detail. Highly recommend.
