I have been coming to E Sisters salon to do my nails for approximately four months. I've never had any issues. I was having some personal problems and I canceled two appointments and rescheduled one at the time that I made the appointment. I clearly stated that I wanted a gel with an overlay the woman told me that I could come at 10 AM when I got there granted it was 1008 the way that she greeted me was by telling me that she called me two times and I did not answer and therefore she called her other customer. I always call to cancel. I was at the gym I have been at the salon where I've had to wait 15 minutes 20 minutes sometimes when they have to finish another customer. This particular woman was rude, unprofessional, and continue to call me, my dear. I specifically asked her not to do so yet she continued what made me even more angry was the fact that she told me that I stated that it was a regular nail appointment at no time did I say that I was rather specific regarding what I wanted done it is unfortunate but I will not be going to the salon anymore. There was one nail tech Andrea was very nice very professional. Unfortunately she's no longer there. If this is the way this woman treats clients as she did me then the salon needs to review the customer service. There is nothing wrong with making an appointment and canceling it I always called to cancel. Although the initial experience with this salon was very good, I will no longer be going. I don't go someplace where I am need to feel like I'm guilty. The purpose of doing a manicure is to be relaxed. This particular technician did nothing but I would give the facility to STARZ simply for customer service.

If you're looking for a nail salon in the area, I highly recommend this one. The nail salon is very clean and the staff goes above and beyond to create a friendly and positive atmosphere. Andrea's skills with acrylics are truly impressive (photo here). Lucie is also amazing with regular manicures and pedicures.

Best pedicure I've had in years. The lady did not rush, she was very attentive, and for $40 it came with a lot of services. Will definitely come back as I've noticed a lot of other salons are always in a hurry and dont provide relaxing experiences. Thank you Elizabeth for your amazing service!!!

I really like this place! Shaping and such is always good. Didn't last super long but it's inexpensive so I didn't expect it to. All the girls are very nice and great at what they do. It's definitely my go-to place when I need a quick and cheap self-care day.

I'm stuck between liking them and feeling like it's not worth it. I love love Elizabeth she works great, has great work ethics and is very nice. And does a great job with shaping my nails. My ONLY ONLY PROBLEM is the brand of gel they use doesn't last at all. I never had this issue at all in other locations. But this one I don't know if it's the gel brand or the way they put the gel on is incorrectly but it never last. Which sucks because Elizabeth does a great shape and a great mani and pedi.

This place was fantastic! They do a great job at cleaning up the cuticles and all. I've been looking for a nice nail salon and I've found it. Prices are definitely reasonable.

Super disappointed, came home to see gel all over my toes and my nails are all different shapes and not one of my toe nails have the same shape. All my toes nails are slanted or round..smh. For $65 for mani gel and pedi, you should have all your nails shaped correctly and no gel on your skin. You definitely can find spots who are gonna give service that are match the price.
