“What a treat it was to stumble upon the Church of Sweden and its basement cafe and gift shop. It was fun to shop among all the great Swedish products and enjoy some saffron buns and Glogg. The staff were wonderfully helpful in selecting just the right gifts and food. We will return again some day to see the church that was under renovation during our visit in Nov 2023. We suggest some bigger/better signage, as it was a stroke of luck that we noticed the Swedish flag and turned down the street to see why it was there.”

I loved that I saw a man with green hair in the choir and it also seemed like people who identify as LGBTQ+ felt welcomed here which is a large reason why I no longer went to church. They have a church service on Sunday, and other activities during the week including after school club. Everyone is compassionate in how they serve, and I'm glad they're here helping the community.”
