DO NOT GO HERE! The staff openly lied about our dog having to receive new vaccinations even though they had records showing the previous vaccinations did not expire for another year. They do not have your best interest at heart and only care about extracting as much money as possible, even through lying.

Within the last three weeks I had to bring my dog in twice and both times the office charged me $60 for a physical examination. The first time she was in for vaccines and her yearly examination so I completely understand. My second visit was for medication for an infection. If there were an office visit charge of a reasonable price, I would understand but to charge me another $60 for a physical examination that she did not need is unethical. It’s a money grab! Taking advantage of patients is unacceptable. An office visit and a physical exam are two different things and the staff couldn’t justify why I needed to pay $60 again.

Took my dog she ate some leftover and she got sick, so they did so many a necessary test charged me for visit $500 and on top of that they didn't say anything about medication, so after they like medicine will be $400 and from my curiosity I check on internet, I got 3 medication and one od them $0.34 per pill I got 14 pills, then other were under $10 so my experience is terrible and those people overcharge me for everything scumbags

Horrible I had an appointment for my kittie I called to bring my other cat that is a patient already Nicolet said no walk in’s but then she said yes you can bring him but we will charge you $220 ripping me off this is why you guys can’t keep patients horrible service and she is only the receptionist so rude no sympathy, just about money ! Plus this is not the first time they wanted to charge me $800 to spade my cat another over prize I went to another vet $150 with blood work and spade

The staff at Animal Paradise ,are the most professional staff. Unfortunately I had to put my big guy of 9.1 lbs to sleep. Bruce was the greatest little guy with a big heart.13 yes old and still feisty. But I stayed with my big guy and the staff was so compassionate. Thank you Animal Paradise Hospital Cliffside Park NJ

Wonderful Vet hospital. We called last minute for an appointment because we needed updated travel certificates and vaccines for our cat. They fit us in same day. Staff at the desk was wonderful as well as doctors and all the techs. Everyone here was extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this hospital.

I have been bringing my two dogs here for almost two years. It was fine in the beginning. I want to say each of the last 6 times I have gone for an appointment for one of my dogs, I had to wait at least 45 minutes to be seen. Today was the last time putting up with this. I even came in early for my appointment and I waited over an hour to then be put in the room to be waiting another 20 minutes to be seen, so I walked out and ill never come here again. It is never even busy to be having people wait that long. The vet was also very rude, when one of their staff told him I had been waiting and was upset he said "okay" turned around and walked away.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place. My fur baby needed emergency surgery and the staff here went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us and walk us thru everything. The vet and the staff were fantastic explaining everything we needed to know and took the time to answer all of our questions. Never felt rushed or brushed off. My angel had to stay 2 nights following her surgery and when i called the next day to check on her the woman who answered the phone was so helpful with giving me an update and even went a step further and sent me pictures of her. That really eased my mind. This will be the only place I will use going forward for all my fur baby needs. Thanks so much to the WHOLE STAFF at Animal Paradise Hospital!!!

To the people who write “quick” thats 100% a lie unless there paying someone under the table to actually get seen on appointment time.
In my experience wait times are 45mins to an hour, i just dont understand what the delay is? A 15 minute wait is understandable even 20 at a push but an hour really and without saying anything to you unless you ask.
The staff here are friendly and vets are nice which is the only reason for the two stars, the waiting time and cost bring this place down 3 stars.
If you have all day to wait, go here.. if you expect to be see at or around the time of appointment dont.
