Not the best employees (one of them only though), but overall friendly and responsive. I’ve been using this store for the last 2 years regularly and can say I’m happy to come here after I’ve been far away for long time (doing school 1hr away from here). Feels like home. The coffee machine coffee is great. Almost always they have everything I need it stock. The prices are best compared to similar chains like WGs or CVS

Man at counter tried charging me $6.50 for 2 sad pizza slices (it was 12am and I was desperate, I know) and a coke product when they have ads like this all over the store stating the company 7-11 promotion.While I was being rung up, it shows the discount being taken off but then it was manually cancelled. The older gentleman with glasses insists that “it doesn’t work”.Of course it doesn’t work when you are selling a 20oz coke product for $3.50 and this company wide promotion would cut into your margins. Stay away from this store, if they can’t follow company policy, who knows what else they are messing up on.

I come here a lot but it ends today! Just like the other complaints the older Little man cashier was a total jerk off today. I was buying 2 small bags of chips and a coffee, the young man in front of me was buying a Gatorade and coffee so I said excuse me I would like to purchase this young man's items , cashier looked at him with disgust and than looked at me and said TOO LATE I ALREADY PUT IT IN! I said you haven't took his money yet! He said No... I was furious! Who the hell is he to tell me I can't pay it forward?? The young man walked out as his co-workers were waiting I apologize for that jerks behavior towards him and I told the cashier he was rude and a jerk.! He won't be getting my $ anymore !

Hi Fellow Yelpers, I'm giving this store a 1-Star only because there is still some humanity left in me after the extremely rude treatment I received at this location. The oldest man behind the counter ( not sure if he's the owner or the manager ) get's an "F" for customer service. I walked into his store, a 7-11 in Cliffside Park, NJ to get ez wider rolling papers. I kindly asked the man if he had these to which he said "oh, come on, you can plainly see what we have" or something similar to that; it wasn't what he said that was dismissive, but, how he said it. He probably thought of me as a low value customer due to the amount of the purchase. He then proceeded to ignore me and move to the next register to ring up the customer behind. That is the most rude, condescending thing a store owner/manager can do. I walked out of the store and said sarcastically "thank you for the spectacular customer service!!!". I have no regrets doing so. This guy needed to be embarrassed for his poor behaviour. I would NOT advise anyone even thinking of purchasing anything from this guy at the 7-11 at 945 Palisade Road, Cliffside Park, NJ. He doesn't deserve your business. There are plenty of other 7-11's to go to in Fort Lee/Cliffside area. Greg

Oh this place. Worst customer service by far. I literally live in town and use to go there frequently, but not anymore. Even with new ownership this gets a low rating, if not a one star! Haha

Rude employee or owner. I don't know if he owns the place but he sure acts rude. I went to ask him if they had Slurpees (since I hadn't noticed the Slurpee machine to my right) and he basically yelled at me telling me to look to my right. I am not planning going back even if I have to walk a little farther to another 7/11.

i came into the store and i was buying a lot of stuff the so i kept going to the counter so i carry all the stuff when i go up to pay i asked the cashier to take to items off because i didn't want it anymore he says "what are you doing" i'm like excuse me he says "wtf are you doing" so i'm like why are you being so rude he starts cursing me out for no reason and then kicked me out the store. that interaction did not need to happen and if he's just an employee you guys need to hire new ones. I don't even write reviews or anything but this guy was literally an a*hole for no reason at all and it wasn't even like i was only buying a couple items i was buying a lot.
