This location is the worst. Very unprofessional. No one is ever available to assist you and the staff is rude. I have been with Wells Fargo over ten years and I would never recommend them. They allow people to go into your account without permission. I’m not sure if they are taking my money. I’m definitely switching banks..

☆☆☆Just wanna thank "Julie on 4/29/23" you were so not helpful and rude about it. 2 weeks prior I came in to try to open my daughters saving account since I'm getting money for her from family members. The woman 2 weeks prior said I need just a SS# so after a attorney argument with my daughters mother, I was given just the numbers. Came in today 4/29 and "Julie" said they need the original SS card for copying "which will never happen". As a new single 1st year father going thru legal battles and only gets copies or not original documents trying to open a savings account for his daughter whose family is sending her money....... this is the last straw

Wells Fargo is a waste of a bank. Terrible customer service. The bank overdraws accounts to fund other accounts. Loss prevention is a joke as well. This is why I'm a part of a class action lawsuit against Wells Fargo. I can't wait until I get compensation from all the b******* that Wells Fargo has put me through. I wouldn't give them 1/2 a star. Wells Fargo can shove their bank up their a***

I wanted to speak with a banker. I was told by the teller to have a seat. I sat and waited for 15 min and then was told by the banker that she was too busy to meet with me. She had the receptionist take my name and number and she said they would call me back later that day to set up an appointment. I never got a call back. It's been two days & I'm still waiting. Customer service has never been a priority at this location from my experiences there. It is sad that they are too busy to meet with their customers, nor have the decency to even bother to call them back.

Bad service, don't go here go down the road to TD Bank they are way more flexible and actually listen to their customers especially if you are latino.

An atm ate both my card and a hundred dollars, putting none of it in my account and giving nothing back. The staff were completely useless and just told me to call corporate, offering no help whatsoever. After an hour on the phone, corporate tells me to wait up to ten business days to receive my money, because apparently people don't have bills to pay. Absolutely terrible experience.

The ATM machines at this branch malfunction and capture the checks you deposit and they don't return them and you don't get credit for them. Do not deposit in them. Been battling the back for over a month now on a check I deposited. They can't figure out what happened to the check.

The staff inside was so friendly. Needed quarters and they didn’t have any so they rolled me some. Didn’t take long and we joked while they did it. I will be back for sure. Made me feel welcomed as a customer.Not all tellers have a keypad so NFC doesn’t work at all stations.

Worthlessly slow and incompetent. Consistently give me the wrong denominations of bills no matter how clearly I write it out. I hope the building collapses.

I had Wells Fargo for over 5years. I am from north jersey I recently moved to south jersey, I got a new job promotion. this was the closes bank near me. I updated all of my information and had all of my documents. I went in to deposit a check (too early for direct deposit from new job). The representative flagged my check, told me it was clear for me to use which a day later put my account in negative. Wells Fargo put a hold on my bank for 10 days. I TAKE UBER/LYFT TO WORK EVERY DAY I HAD NO WAY TO GET TO WORK AND I STRUGGLED TO EAT. This bank is prejudiced. I cancelled my savings and checking account with Wells Fargo. Never again

The wait is too long in the drive through. There should be more then 2 tellers to handle the rush hour.
