I moved here less than a year ago, and on more than a few occasions I have gotten tracking updates saying my goods are at clementon post office, then 2-3 weeks later I get an update from the sender that it has been returned AND damaged. To add insult to injury, on multiple occasions our carrier has straight up skipped our house. What's going on there? Do I need to come do your job for you? This is ridiculous. Currently day 5 of having the flag up for outgoing mail.

The USPS should not deliver Amazon packages. For some reason, Amazon can find my apartment but the USPS, using the same address, can not.I don't know what the reason but the People working for the USPS should figure it out. Situations like this will be used in the NEAR FUTURE to have robots & drones replacing All Of Them.

I go to the post office to send a package and a few weeks later what happened to comes back to me in the mail at my home. Now it’s too late to get credit. I keep getting the runaround for service I’ve ever had. The supervisor Paul is super helpful but the USPS 800 # is very unhelpful. Lady calls me Friday and says “ there’s nothing I can do I work with the Pennsylvania offices “ then why did you call me? ?♀️

The absolute worse postal workers. 9 times out of 10 your packages will be missing and not delivered correctly. When contacting customer service, they aren’t even able to provide any sort of resolve.

Most times no problems at all. Especially if Steve is working everything goes smoothly.

Face it, no one likes going to the post office. The staff is always polite.

There is always an issue at this post office. The overt lack of concern by the permanent staff at this location is beyond. Unfriendly and the line is always long. I went to have a box shipped to United kingdom and there was a trainee the more experienced personnel would not assist her and when she asked questions he “was on break” which is convenient for him but not for paying customers. After 15 minutes of the trainee confused on how to send the item… (and 15 disgruntled people in line behind me ) the older worker came and cancelled my package and said ‘you have to go to another post office’ and asked me to leave. Horrible experience

My package couldn’t deliver because it needed a signature and I wasn’t home at the time, went online the same exact day I missed the delivery to choose the pick up option at the post office two days later. Went by there and they couldn’t find it and told me they will call me once they find it, never heard from them as days went by. Called today to see what was going on, lady who answered the phone told me my package was returned to the sender “by accident” and that there was nothing they can do about it. Why return the package back to the sender if I went online the same EXACT DAY it was suppose to be delievered to choose the pick-up option at the post office. Lady on the phone didn’t even offer helpful service. Very unorganized, rude, and not well trained.

I've had to visit this post office 5 or 6 times, and each time the mail person whom I spoke to was polite and helpful. The office itself is a little small and depressing, but so what. I'll blame that on the politicians who relentlessly try to strangle the post office every year.Anyone with an IQ over 50 understands that our Post Office is a modern marvel. Every time I see a branch I feel grateful.
