So I started to sell things on eBay. Today I had a good selling day I sold 4 items. I went into Shipp an item and I purchased an evalop to mail it out in. The pen wouldn't write on it so not knowing I grabbed a label. It happened to be a priority label since I put the priority label on the basic evalop he said he has to charge me for priority mail. It weighed nothing and I asked why is it so much than he said it was because the label was the priority. If I purchased the 99. Cent label it would have been 3.50 plus the 4.00 dollar shipping but because he charged me priority it came to 12.00 almost double state. Come on he upsold it and had no intention of helping me. Definitely won't be going to this post office to do business again. Not over the money. Over the fact he wouldn't help or work with me for not knowing that the label changed the whole order.

This has to be the worst postal service I've ever been to in my entire life. The service is horrible and none of my questions have been answered. The staff is rude and uniformed. They give me numbers repeatedly that don't work

Absolutely the worst one I’ve ever been to. Please just to a further one if you can or just choose ups.They will not assist any customers in any matter and complain about going to break and working to hard. I can only imagine how they are at home.

Will never mail anything in the blue mail box on emerson ave ever again. Mailed a bill out on 12/26 & of course it got lost so now i have a check out there somewhere. I guess the mail monster got hungry & ate it cause of course no one knows what happened to it. From now on i will go to the west berlin post office to mail my stuff cause at least nothing gets lost from there.

They don’t deliver packages that I know should arrive that day. They mark it “ unable to deliver “. I had to change all of my credit card bills to online. At least 5 bills from months ago have never arrived. They skip my house if someone parks near the mailbox.

These folks do a thankless job, and they do it well. Their pay has been stagnant for over 20 years. They also have to deal with some of the worst humans alive. It's obvious to any informed citizens that USPS resources are being sabotaged by those in power. (Even by their own corrupt Postmaster General.) The same sabotage we see of other public services such as public schools, the VA, the MVC, etc.Fortunately the USPS is financially self sufficient, so it can be restored by the elimination of burdensome laws trying to destroy it.

The absolute worst. If i can give them no stars i would. Was suppose to receive a 200$+ package on the 14th and they never delievered it, said they couldnt access and would deliever next day. Well they didnt attempt for a few days then tried again with the same outcome. No matter who i called, whats cases i opened, or what signs i left they would deliver my package. After a week of not receiving it i drove there to figure out what was going on and could get no help. Apparently nobody here knows whats going on. Now on the 20th my package has been returned to sender. All that trouble for nothing. Now i need to spend extra on shipping to get my package because these people dont know how to do the simplest thing, deliver a package. Its not that hard to place a package infront of a door. I dont know what the issue is.

Worse post office I've ever been to. Slow as heck. 4th on line and took 45 minutes to get to a representative.Call someone from the back, to get the line down for heaven sake!!!!!The news said to expect a "slow down". If it get's any slower they're be going backwards.

The mail carry is very rude inconsiderate and very unprofessional she throws our mail on the desk and she gets very irritated when you ask her a question. I called and made a complaint, the supervisor Kathy told me oh she doesn't have to speak with you. I said but does that make it ok for her to slam the mail on the desk like that. Actually she does have to speak we have to communicate because there is another company as well. Very unprofessional people we have to deal with. I will be contacting corporate.

My mail is constantly put in the wrong box. It’s so annoying and you can’t ever reach anyone. Once again I’m missing an important letter that the informed delivery says should be in my mail box. I’m filing a report because this is ridiculous.

ZERO stars if possible! I had called the USPS and they told me that I could pick up my package at this location with a tracking number. Due to a mistake on their end. When I showed up, the people in there were extremely rude! Would not even acknowledge me. I'm extremely dissatisfied and don't even know why these people have jobs if they aren't even going to do it! Thanks for nothing
