It’s always something with this place and their site never right doesn't open until 9 out of all the places I have to jump through the most hoops to try and cash a check not worth wasting your time

I have been using this place for years and never once had a problem until Today. This woman who worked there was horribly rude, she could not help me, she didn't want to help me. Awful. I walked out of this place Crying. Never again.

I went in today to cash 2 checks. One from PUA. Manager told me there's a lit of fraud going on and she could not cash it. They cash stimiolis checks for 1200 or more but not a $195.00 check. She had a attitude and poor customer service. I asked for her name. She didn't want to tell me. Where's the customer service? I will never go back there again

Owner is very nice, but the Spanish lady by the name of Eve is always rude to be in the banking business, the other ladies are very nice. Highly removing the bad seed.
