The owner ,Heather, has been very nice and worked with me in the past when I was having a difficult time with payments. The price of the units have gone up recently which I am not entirely fond of but so have alot of things in the economy. Still all in all I haven't had any issues.

Alexander was fantastic. He well explained everything and hooked up my trailer quickly and efficiently, plus taking the time to make sure the lights worked. I had a bad previous experience (not at this location) with the trailer not being properly hooked up, so I was very happy with this experience.

Did not really see anything that needed to be improved, the woman who was working in the store Hailey, was very polite, professional and explained everything in detail so you knew exactly what you were getting and paying for. U-Haul should be proud to have an employee like her.
