I had a Major Problem with my account called TD bank 800 number 25+ min wait called 12 different NJ branches from 12:30-12:55 nobody answered they close at 1pm . I called this location & Chelsea answered saving the day for me. She helped me with my issue quickly explained everything in detail & was very friendly. I wish there was more bankers & people in general like her. Thank you Chelsea 100x over I just recently started banking with TD & was getting very nervous after this issue but knowing they have bankers like you make me feel much better ?

Erika was pleasant and prompt. She turned my experience around after having a poor interaction at the Berlin location. Also they have a much better check in system!

THE SIGN SAYS "THE MOST CONVENIENT BANK" WHAT A JOKE. THIS IS THE WORST BANK TO DEAL WITH. HAVE 5-6 DRIVE THROUGHS WITH ONLY ONE OPEN. EVEN WHEN ALL THE DRIVE THROUGHS ARE OPEN THEY USUALLY ONLY HAVE ONE TELLER FOR ALL OF THEM. LAST TIME WENT HAD ONE DRIVE THRU OPEN, CAR AHEAD OF ME WAS MAKING 10-15 DEPOSITS WHILE A LINE OF CARS BEHIND ME WERE FORCED TO WAIT APPROX 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR. IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THE CUSTOMER ISN'T IMPORTANT. CHECK THE OTHER REVIEWS.

waited 27 minutes at the window while other people were helped before me who pulled in after me. I tried hitting the caller teller button and got nothing. then waited 15 minutes for my check to be cashed.

I’m giving 3 stars because the drive up ATM is frequently out of service. Otherwise, it’s a great bank.

I will be closing all accounts Monday morning. They lock your account with no notification to users. Td alerts are for what??They want me to give them information that's in the account. They are now recording our voice as a signature. Even though I have biometric login. What's next dna test. How ridiculous the USA banking system is becoming ?.

Thick, white teller working around 10:00 AM at the counter was extremely unprofessional and rude to my mother while making a transaction. My mom traveled to South Jersey for business. Instead of asking proper account verification questions to confirm her account information, she used a nasty, short, tone asking her, “Why was she here from East Orange”? With a very rude and demeaning tone as if she didn’t belong in the area.It was not the question that she asked, but simply the tone and body language paired, facial expressions that made this an unprofessional and unpleasant experience.This isn’t the treatment any customer should receive when they are handling funds that they put into their account.“A professional is someone who can do his best work when he doesn't feel like it.” – Alistair Cooke.

Havent had one time I’ve gone to this TD bank and tried to use the ATM to deposit my check that I havent had ti go inside. Extremely inconvenient for americas most convenient bank. Never open an account at a TD. They are always incredibly inconvenient

Went to the bank to open a new account and even being short handed I didn't have a long wait. So after about 10 minutes I get called back to Rafael's desk and he introduces himself and asked me how he could help me and was more than happy to help me out opening a new account. He was very courteous and friendly. He helps me open my new account and even short handed he never made me feel rushed and took his time explaining all the different accounts they had to offer and after I decided on one he showed me how to put the app in my phone and he was a pleasure to work with and should definitely be told what a great asset to the company.

Have been using TD for three years now, same payroll check everyweek for the last three years! the last three checks have taken 10 buisness days to clears. ITS a total joke this company/bank. They say its my fault because i used moblie deposit the first time. The last two times I have taken my check into the bank the same thing has happened. WORST BANK IN AMERICA. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. BTW you’ll have random things taken out of your account.

Send my money and told him I don't need a balance because I was in a rush then took 3 minutes to tell me I need to fill out a deposit slip let's slip!Since when there was nobody in line they could have just filled it out really quick. Like they've done on many occasions inside and out. TD bank is definitely turning into something different than the most convenient bank!!!!
