I wrote a review on google. Now I am doing it on yelp. You are saving money on bags because of a statewide ban, you are charging for those white shoprite bags, prices have gone up. The only thing that has gone down is your service. You have very few full service cashiers open and the 15 or express line is rarely open. I was in there yesterday afternoon 9/7 and intended to buy a few items and the express lane was closed. That should be open starting at least by 9 am until 9 pm everyday. You also had only 3 full service lanes open which were packed with people with full carts. I know you are trying to force people to use the self service which I refuse to do. I left my items and went to the market on laurel road to buy watermelon, stella corn and tomatoes. I then went to Adversas to buy bread, rolls and deli and tuna fish which I would have bought at Shoprite. If I wanted that kind of lousy service, I would shop at Walmart. I will go to Cherry Hill to shop at Wegmans. They have many more full service lanes open and then I can go to customer service to checkout for 15 or less items. Your service has gone to hell in a hand basket and you don't seem to care. Your customers including me deserve better service than you are offering.
