The second time I've bought a gallon of milk from this store that even though the date says is good was kept so poorly cold by the time Microwaved it to give to my daughter for bed it turned to cottage cheese and started getting solid. Good thing it's closing plz avoid the sales there is a reason they are closing and I'm sure it's for healthcare reasons. Also when trying to return the milk they refused so they may get chunky milk on their car windshields

The hardest pharmacy to get your medicine. They have no clue to where your medicine is going since they are closing. Not always friendly.

The cashier was rude, condescending, and unwilling to assist me. I don’t know what her issue was, but if you can’t provide basic customer service, you have no business being a cashier.

I came to this store with my friends to shop after school, we had our book bags and ids since we just came from school, while browsing this worker started following and staring at us as if we did something wrong. She ended up telling us that we was “loitering” and apparently stealing items inside our book bag. We brought money with us so there’s no reason to think we’ll steal, we were respectful and kind to customers passing by, so with workers.I feel that this worker was racially accusing us of things we haven’t done. I will not recommend anyone to come by the this place if you’re a person of color.

I don't need high fives or hugs when I pick up my families medications - minimal words will do - smile, don't smile ..doesn't matter -BUT making people/customers/patients feel as if they're bothering "you" for picking up their medicine or asking questions -isn't helpful or even a pleasant experience. After this pick-up I will be sending all refills to another pharmacy I thought maybe it was just me or I was overthinking it but after searching for the phone number, I came across other reviews and apparently it's a common experience. *I'm sure I have not interacted with every single person.. But when it is the majority ... unfortunately It seems like everybody.Shame because it's close, But I have family members with chronic and complicated illnesses and sometimes have a few questions at one time..

I really enjoy shopping at Rite Aid. I appreciate the reward program that give you dollars off the next purchase. I appreciate the seasonal section and the organic food options.

The pharmacy staff never cease to disappoint. They have this crazy idea that they are doing their customers favors when they are picking up prescriptions. I called ahead and was told that they needed updated insurance information for my daughter, I offered to give it over the phone and was told by the pharmacist to just bring it with me, the meds would be ready in 5-10 minutes. It took me approximately 2 minutes to get there and the pharmacy tech took the card for their system and then told me to come back in 30 minutes. This is a gross disrespect of my time. I told the tech that I was told by the pharmacist that the meds would be ready in 5-10mins and she told me to give them 30mins when the prescription was sent hours ago. Am I to understand they don’t prep prescriptions until they get insurance info? I could’ve been paying out of pocket. People’s time should not be taken for granted, I need my time respected. This is a recurrent issue at this store. Thankfully I was able to drive to another location where my time was valued; I was in and out in 5minutes and I thank the pharmacy staff there for that. This store does not value their customers or respect their time; time wasted is something you can never get back!

On January 24th the line was so long and the cashier never called for backup and never assisted the customer who was waiting 30 minutes of checking out and shahid to her I have a line I can’t get to you. That was not customer service at all

Pharmacy Associate named Denise displayed professionalism and exceptional excellent customer service when I showed up for my COVID-19 Dose#2 appointment. Her friendly smile and attitude made the difference! Just Simply Awesome!!!
