Excellent service from the pharmacy lately.Con: it's dark and no lighting by the drive-through. It's dark, and it's very little direction to know how to get to the drive-through anyway. Please address this for client safety and peace of mind.

Love the store but I received my shot record and apparently I received a shot that I wasn’t aware of but I will definitely call tomorrow to get to the root of it. On that day I was supposed to go get a shot pneumococcal and never did. I’m confused

They have pretty much everything you need last minute. I appreciate that fact that they are open late.

Nice staff but nobody picks up the phone and I don’t understand that at all.

All of the staff pharmacy associates were truly outstanding, these ladies always go above and beyond for their customers. I don’t do reviews too often like I used to, but I felt so compelled to do so today!?%? 5⭐️’s is not enough!??

CVS Gibbsboro was "too busy" to fill my daughter's scripts that were desperately needed. Stopped at this location on my way home and the Pharmacy manager, Maulika, sympathized with my situation and filled my script within 5 minutes. I'll never forget this act of kindness and moving all my scripts to this location.

This location is a perfect example of why corporations are moving towards being more automated. I can honestly say, I would much rather do self-check out than deal with anyone who works there. The managers and cashiers all like to smoke DIRECTLY in front of the door(at the same time). It often travels in the store because the door is automatic and standing there causes it to stay open. I guess they do this because they want to “keep an eye on the register” since literally no employees are actually in the store monitoring things. This is my 2nd time visiting while Allison was the manager on duty, and let me tell you, she loooooves her cell phone. The 1st time she took a call in the middle checking me out, and this time she was walking around the store with her AirPods in, loudly having a conversation about “two grown men who are to old for this” , didn’t stick around long enough to figure out what “this” is.I get to the checkout area where Tamya is the cashier on duty. Tamya must have been at the end of her shift because she was O V E R IT! There was a person lingering around the cashier area who was clearly there as a guest of Tamya. I think I ruined their hangout session though, because when I got in line to be checked out, Tamya silently mouthed “I’m sorry” to her friend that was waiting off to to the side. Once it was my turn I barely was acknowledged. No “hello”, no “did you find everything you were shopping for”, no “do you have a phone # you wanna input”. The only thing I got out of Tamya was how much I owed her at the end of my transaction. Honestly if there isn’t going to be any customer service, I do not mind checking myself out. It would be quicker and less frustrating.

The associates are so friendly at this Rite Aid and the store is so clean and organized. The cashiers are so friendly and thanked me for coming in. I would definitely recommend this Rite Aid to family and friends and return.

I go for COVID-19 testing and the pharmacy staff is wonderful. It’s easy, convenient, and over within minutes. I’ve never actually been inside, so can’t comment on that.Would highly recommend if you need fast and efficient COVID-19 testing.

DO NOT USE RITE AID FOR A COVID TEST. PLEASE USE A LEGIT, SOLO COVID TESTING FACILITY TO GIVE YOU RESULTS IN A DAY. I'M FOUR DAYS WITHOUT A RESULT. MY FAMILY CAN'T WORK WITHOUT A RESULT AND WE AREN'T PAID.
