DON'T USE THIS BRANCH! Horrible customer service. Was having an issue with my chip on my card. Went there to get a new card printed. There were 3 representatives sitting there doing nothing. No other customers were waiting. They told me they would need to make me an appointment which none were available today or I can go to another branch. I live 2 minutes from this branch. Why would I waste gas to drive to another branch, when they could of helped me. I've been with PNC bank for over 15 years. They just lost a customer! They need to be shut down. I see there are many of the same bad reviews for this branch.

Dealt with the most demanding, ignorant, incompetent teller in the drive thru. Don't know her name but she's a Korean woman that's always there. Demanding I come inside to verify my identity when I already presented my license, my debit card and then offered the photo I'd around my neck. I am a thirty year plus customer. She crumbled all of my stuff and returned it to me insisting I come inside. Now if those legal ids don't prove my identity I don't know what does. She was an ignorant bitch. What else could possibly verify my identity inside. She could not answer of course.

This is so stupid. I’m the only one here and they make me sign with QR code just to get a new debit card because mine needed to be replaced. I had no appointment just walked in. This bank changed so much. I miss the old staff and bank manager Diane I think her name was. She was so nice. Taking my business to another bank where they don’t make you sign in when you’re the only customer waiting. Take your business elsewhere. They wanted to know where I work even though I’m retired from cancer. Unbelievable the way I was treated. When I was checked in the woman at front desk wanted to see my drivers license which was fine to verify me n then the next rep wanted to see it again n I said I was already verified. So ridiculous!

Terrible customer service. Out of date atms and out of date apps. Please update your systems and maybe train staff not to hold up a line by going in the corner to complain all at once. That’s confidentiality.

The ATM never seems to allow you to deposit cash. The tellers are also very intrusive when you do financial transactions, asking what you are doing with your money, as if it is any of their business. Customer service is horrible in this branch. The same women have been working here for years but seem not not know how to communicate or even know the actual branch or bank rules for money transactions. Communication between branches stinks, the tellers and associates all have attitudes. I recently closed 2 accounts and will not return here to this bank. PNC is going down terribly, I will not return.

Absolutely Horrible Customer service ! I was treated like a child, as well as degraded and mocked by the two tellers at the bank. I go into cash a check and ask for to be split and the teller mocks me and says What do you mean Split, in a nasty tone. I said split two ways she told me in the most condescending tone that's what I should've said in the first place and then looks to the other teller and they both start laughing at me. At that point I was about to close my account with PNC and go to a different bank because I can't believe tellers would do that. I will never go back to this branch because they're condescending and rude and nasty to their customers.

WORST PNC I’ve ever been to. Waited close to 40 minutes for a simple transaction which other locations, in the past, have been able to do in a matter of minutes. When I inquired about the wait, the representative told me, with a nasty attitude, it could be up to another hour since I didn’t have an appointment. This should have been stated up front. It is important to mention that this location was NOT even Busy at the time of my arrival. Believe the low ratings folks, they have a 2-3 star rating for a reason.

I'm a new customer at the PNC Bank. So far very pleased and very satisfied with their service. Even the inside things moved very quickly and you were in and out in no time. They have a outside drive-thru ATM and a second one in the lobby. That's what's nice if one machine's down the others up. They also have this cool new feature called the virtual wallet which I recommend

The current Branch Manager, Pamela, doesn’t take care of her clients. I walked in 35 minutes before close for a quick transaction, I was turned down because it may take her beyond her scheduled time. The client relations has gone downhill quick. I’m not one for making an employee stay late, but as the leader of the branch to not pull through for a diehard client… it was disappointing. I use to love walking into that branch - it is sad to say, not anymore. They’ve just lost a great client.PS. I would not have written this review had she not poorly tried upselling me on opening an upgraded account my last visit when I told her I didn’t need it, multiple times. It was an uncomfortable situation.
