Dealt with the most demanding, ignorant, incompetent teller in the drive thru. Don't know her name but she's a Korean woman that's always there. Demanding I come inside to verify my identity when I already presented my license, my debit card and then offered the photo I'd around my neck. I am a thirty year plus customer. She crumbled all of my stuff and returned it to me insisting I come inside. Now if those legal ids don't prove my identity I don't know what does. She was an ignorant bitch. What else could possibly verify my identity inside. She could not answer of course.

The ATM never seems to allow you to deposit cash. The tellers are also very intrusive when you do financial transactions, asking what you are doing with your money, as if it is any of their business. Customer service is horrible in this branch. The same women have been working here for years but seem not not know how to communicate or even know the actual branch or bank rules for money transactions. Communication between branches stinks, the tellers and associates all have attitudes. I recently closed 2 accounts and will not return here to this bank. PNC is going down terribly, I will not return.

Whenever I want to put cash into my account at the atm I can't. Because 2 out of 3 ATMs are down. The 2 are the ones at the drive in. The 3rd is inside the bank. So I go to the pull up drive in to give the teller my money to put in my account. The teller has an attitude. She's inside where there's air conditioner. My vehicle don't have a/c. I have been sitting in a short 1 car line for 10 minutes. All I want to do is put money in. I give her my PNC account card n ID and she's like I need your account number. I don't know it. Well I need ur name. It's on my ID cards . Well fill out the deposit slips. More time wasted.I go to my Credit Union bank n they take it with no problem and don't ask for me to do any paperwork. If I could change my banks I would. But the direct deposit is complicated.

This PNC has management issues...One teller accused me of not being a customer instead of asking for ID...Today they started calling me by my first name....apparently they have a new policy that makes them do this...even when you ask them to stop...I'll deal with the ATM from now on!

This branch is always having an issue. The workers would sit around talking to each other while only one worker handle everything. If your not there to help why clock in to work. The atm machine and the penny Arcade is always down every other day. Your a bank. Those are things that need to work all the time!!! Customer service is poor. If your doing business here expect it to be a 15-30 min wait just to make a deposit and your the only customer there!!
