“Great staff. Always clean.... but allowing kids in again this summer was an awful idea. These kids are disrespectful, unsupervised and destructive. Now I have to find another gym. Why not allow them in from 10-3 when those of us who work and pay for our memberships aren't there?”

“I love how motivating the coaches are! They help get me through a tough workout, and help me if I am doing something incorrectly and don't miss anything. If I need help or a better understanding of something, they explain so thoroughly and give alternate options as well. I love coming to my workouts because of how fun the classes are and how upbeat and fun the music is that is playing, which creates for such a fun atmosphere! Having caring and understanding coaches who also push you hard to help you excel truly helps make the class even better!”

“I’ve been going to cko for about a year and some change now. They have some really great trainers. You leave that place feeling amazing and energetic despite doing a draining,intense workout. I haven’t been to all the trainers BUT I can say Sacred is overall the bomb diggity - my personal favorite. Roberto comes with the inspiration that everyone needs. He got the variety of fire music and creative workouts. Adam is a sweetheart and teaches you the skill very well. I really enjoy this place. If you’re thinking about doing it, do it! It’s worth the money.”

“This gym is amazing, the coaches, the atmosphere, the community. You truly feel like one big family. The classes are for all fitness levels, and it is 45 minutes of hard work but once you are finished you feel so accomplished. Lisa and her team continue to motivate others and help others to achieve their goals. I have tried other gyms in the past, none that I could really stick too. What keeps me coming back is the motivation, the coaches, classes, and family atmosphere. I would not want to be apart of any other gym, highly recommend!”

“I drop into True Fitness a few times a year, every time I am in town. The coaches and staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. The members are very welcoming every time I drop in.The programming is great, good balance of manageable and challenging. “I LOVE the workouts, coaches, staff and members at Orange Theory greatly. The variety of workouts is perfect for me (strength, cardio, combos classes, specialty workouts...) I have multiple gym memberships but this is the one I use consistently and that is due to everything listed above but most specifically the coaches and members. The vibes here are so welcoming and supportive that it's almost impossible to not feel like a part of the "gym family." Special shout outs to Coaches Alex, Carly, John, Keith and Tony - always there with the push of motivation for the group when needed. The workouts feel like a group effort and when finished the accomplishments, there are shared with high fives, encouragement and shared goals for the next efforts. If you tend to wander around a gym not sure what to do, if you lack motivation to stick to a routine, or just aren't sure where to begin on your fitness journey - try OTF Washington Twp. and you will not be disappointed.”

I like that you can bring a guess for $5 or even if your not a member you can drop in for good work out. Equipment is great too. Check it out.”

“I have gone to Spenga for 10 months now and love it! Well, as much as I (a fitness girlie I am not) can love sweating and being sore. The staff is so sweet and chill, not too pushy or intimidating at all. They threw a pre-wedding private session for me and my friends/family. It was such a thoughtful event! Affordable for my guests and they even had a spread of breakfast bites and mimosas after! They are the best! Highly recommend the Spenga Cherry Hill cuties.”

Everyone is so welcoming to newcomers and beginners and it really feels like a community of friends. I have taken spin, barre, body pump, yoga, and I look forward to trying some other options as well! Definitely would recommend supporting local shops like Haddonfield Fitness. And I love that they partake in community events as well.”
