The trainers are not only friendly but take that extra care to get to know you. They offer a wide variety of great classes, easily one of my favorite parts of the day when I get to go. I’ve tried many gyms and this is it for me! I started on a promotion in January and have been there ever since. Being able to have 45 mins to myself and focus meetings whenever I need them all while having my kids cared for in a clean safe environment is everything! Cheryl the manager is amazing! Heather the owner is something out of this world. She connects with everyone there. The Trainers jess Dani Amanda Cheryl Kelly Juliet & stacy are seriously sent from above! They push you to be the best mentally and physically. The front desk girls are always so happy and greet you by name. The members are not just members, it’s a family and full of support. Burn has helped me find myself again after having four kids. It gives me time for me and my mental state has improved immensely since joining. I’ve also lost weight and learning new nutrition as I go. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and I’d rather pay to have good health & habits now then have a ton of problems later in life. It’s my gym & my therapy& childcare all in one. Give it a try, you’ll be happy you did!”

“I came here today for the first time and thought the facilities were very clean
I had a demo class with Wendy, who was really nice, friendly, welcoming, and encouraging
4 stars instead of 5 because –
(1) The location within the Moorestown Mall is ok, but you’ll have to use a specific entrance to more easily get to it (especially if you’re coming in before the mall opens)
(2) I realize that it’s set by the corporate policy and not by this specific location, but the pricing is relatively expensive for a gym membership, so it feels less financially accessible to the average person – this is different from say, the Y, which seems to be cheaper in areas where the average income / cost of living is less
(3) I realize that they’re living up to their name with the orange lighting, but in general, the lighting felt pretty dim in the area with the treadmill and other exercise equipment”

“I’ve been a member of SPENGA for over a year and logged more than 125 workouts. The instructors (mostly with Danielle, Brie, Julia and Tina) and their fun music playlist keep me and others engaged and motivated in spin, strength and yoga. They care and my 2 workouts per week improved on my strength, endurance, and my health (maintaining low cholesterol and blood pressure.)For me, live guided instruction in a fixed 60 minute workout session works for me (as long as I put in the honest workout effort!).Highly recommended. “I always loved the rec center when I went to Rowan. The gym is solid and has been renovated within the past few years. Basketball court is open most of the time, staff is nice, pool is nice, everything is pretty clean. Anecdotally, it's one of those places I feel pretty nostalgic about now that I'm out of college and in the real world”

“This gym has enough equipment for many people to use. There's plenty of cleaning liquid and paper towels to clean the equipment before and after use. It's great that you can see on the app if there are a lot of people at the gym at any given time. I also appreciate that there's exercise routines and meal plans on the app. Overall this is a great gym.”
