Online hours say they close at 8pm(which already feels pretty early) I showed up here yesterday just before 7pm and the door was locked. Apparently they close at 7pm? I remember they used to close at 10pm…most people work during the day so to close at 7pm seems crazy early. It was broad daylight and every other store was open. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and had a much better experience there.

Don't come to place they never pick up the phones. Also they are suppose to be open at 11am and they are never open on time. Now I know why they are losing business.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Honestly, every Gamestop is the same!- A staff made up of gamers who can answer all of your question, and are also friendly!- You can take your time, wander the store, play the games they have set up without being bothered!- The stores are always clean, decorated like a dorks dream come true!⭐️-The only way to rate a Gamestop is by their collection of used game gear, but thats all pretty much by chance, and that changes too much too really rate.- The last few times i was here, i was able to buy what i wanted used, and it was in-store!⭐️- I have NEVER had a bad visit to a Gamestop! Especially this one!

Horrible!!!!! I wanted to exchange a pre ordered game for a gamestop giftcard, in order to buy the game at another store. But they gave me a playstation store giftcard. When I told them I needed to exchange the playstation store giftcard for a gamestop giftcard, they told me that they couldn't refund me or exchange anything. I don't use the playstation store. I lost 100 dollars just because one of their employees made a mistake.

Was told rudely I would have to wait for 30mins with no explanation while both employees decided to sit outside and conversate with a friend. If they are taking break/lunch why are both taking at the same time and causing an inconvenience for me and my kid to have to wait. This is very poor customer service and will not be coming to this location ever again.

OMG!! This was my first visit to this GameStop and I was SUPER IMPRESSED of the service, friendly welcome and willingness to help me find the right games for my Grandkids from “Fox” a GameStop employee that I decided to capture the moment.Fox did his job to the fullest and helped the GameStop receive my 5-Star Review ?????!!! What IMPRESSED me the most about Fox was when I called my daughter to find out what game I should get and FaceTimed her Fox readily, willingly without any ask/hesitation started talking to her, showed her different games, explained the age levels for the games and helped her select the appropriate games. WOW!!!! This was definitely 5+ Star service!!!! KUDOS and THANK YOU to Fox and GameStop on EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!??????????The store was very clean, organized, roomy and not cluttered! I was able to walk around, see everything thing from a distance and not bump into racks.YES!!!! I ABSOLUTELY DO recommend this GameStop to my family, friends and, NOW, the World ? too!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!??????
