The 4 stars are for the years of good service I have had and never had to be in the Cricket store. Added my partner to my plan, and now our cell phone bills paid together are less than half of what they were. But we brought our new device, which I assume is how they make money because it took two trips and 4 hours to get it done. The young lady on day two made up for the wait I must say plus a 50% off Bluetooth speaker!

Amazing customer service the transition from different carrier was easy. They had so much patience and very friendly with so much knowledge. Those two superwomans are hands down the best. Location is perfect with plenty of parking store well kept and clean. Deals are amazing $$. Only thing wrong i have to say i can’t give 10 stars.

I haven't gotten a new phone in a long time..Axel made the process quite painless and very east to do..He was very helpful and answered all my questions..I left the store abundantly happy that day and that's a good thing since I swore I wasn't going to give up my Galaxy S4 for anything..Axel Rocks!!And I still remain a long time Cricket customer..
