I brought my new puppy for her first visit to the Clementon Animal Hospital and had a great experience. The nurse was very pleasant, attentive, and showered my puppy with affection. The doctor we saw was very down to earth and easy to understand, addressed all my concerns and answered the silliest of my questions.

I will keep this short. I have been using the services here for 10 years. The cost is reasonable, the staff are friendly and caring and they have also went out of their way to be accommodating. I recommend CAH to anyone.

Very professional and kind staff. Helped Mt doggie feel better. Reasonable on prices, and they were able to get me in for an appointment the same day I called. I would absolutely recommend Clementon Animal Hospital.

They were so helpful and accommodating, my friend called because her dog was sick and she has been there before but they slipped us in last minute..even though they did not have an opening everyone was nice , helpful and caring I would definitely recommend this animal hospital.

The team at Clementon Animal Hospital I really kind and friendly to to pet owners, and especially to the pets. I took my dog Cooper in because he jumped off my bed which is very high and he started limping a bit. They prescribe some medication for him and he’s doing much better. Thank you for your care.

I have been taking my pets to this vet group for more than 11 years. They are kind and very thorough. I took my 11 years old dog because he began to have bruises without any known injuries. They drew blood and found out he has no platelets. They immediately gave him medication and explained what to do for him . You can trust they all have your animals health first and foremost. I heartily recommend them

You should take time to think and reconsider bringing your animal here. I believe that the employees do care. They appear genuine. However they aren’t the best when it comes to treatment. I don’t believe they have enough experience and make lots of mistakes. Also the premium in terms of cost is high for what you get in return.I brought my cat in for what I thought was allergies. No test was given and a dose of prednisone was administered. A few weeks later another different brand of prednisone was administered. My cat developed eye ulcers rapidly, within two weeks. He was then given serum and antibiotic drops. I pleaded with the vet tech to explain how this happened. This is where I took issue. They were evasive behind the possible reasons and quickly offered incredibly expensive surgery. I wanted an answer as to why it’s happening so I could stop the problem not react to it. The most detailed response given from the tech was they have their theories but don’t know why. After speaking with many other veterinarians they pointed to the prednisone as the cause. Meanwhile I’m beating myself up thinking I did something wrong and caused this painful disorder. Turns out it was the willingness from the vet to give an older cat an invasive medication with lots of side effects. In the end I still blame myself. I brought in my cat for a relatively minor issue hoping to improve his quality of life and turned that issue into a catastrophe with life changing consequences. Now he’s blind in one eye and fighting to keep the other. He needs surgery that comes with significant cost. I’m disappointed in the lack of responsibility taken by these vets and to be honest they should foot the bill. I could go on about the shameless recommendations for the most expensive surgery given first before other options were made available. It really put me off and appeared to be more about the money than an animals health. That combined with the unwillingness to drill down the cause points to them covering up for their mistakes.

I have used Clementon Animal Hospital several times to care for my senior husky, whether it be shots or exams. They are excellent every time. I requested medical records, and received them within the same 5 minutes which prompted this review. Big shout out to Michael & the rest of the staff!

If you love your fur babies...DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!! This place is a money grab!!! They did NOT test my fur baby Grandson, Chance for Parvovirus when my Son brought him in there the 1st or 2nd time. Instead they charged him lots of money for unrelated bloodwork and xrays. What animal hospital doesn't know the signs and symptoms of Parvo???? ?NOW Chance is fighting for his life!!!!! ? Early diagnosis and treatment is crucial to recovery from Parvo.Chance was taken to a real animal hospital and that's the 1st thing they did. He tested positive for Parvo and is currently admitted and being treated. However, his prognosis for survival are much lower due to precious wasted time dealing with this incompetent place. Prayers for Chance!!!
