Hubby bought me a Durango as a surprise driving on the highway after he brings it to me and the side panels fly off hubby calls the dealership informs the guy he says he will order the part call us when it comes in, week later no call. Hubby calls expresses his disdain and next day parts in. I go to have it put on they said they would glue it and secure make sure this didn’t happen again another lie the mechanic who did it uttered not one words say hi I was told to ask you to put these on, no response he jus takes them and put them on , fine great no glue no equipment, then jus sat on a bench outside. I got out and ask hey all done he’s now on the phone and just looked up at me, no words just a stern look , I was bewildered by this and the panels were on so I drove off. On the highway driving home panels come off again about 15 mins after leaving dealership. I would compare this place to the dealership Matildas’ dad owned in the movie.Bubblegum duct tape and string. Janky janky janky and they just want your money there’s no pride after the check clears. Luxury is just a word that matched the CG cause it’s far from that. I’d also like to mention title took over a month and we had to call them for them to rush n fill it out. Just a money grab be careful. Car bought 04/05

We were looking for a car in a hurry, but Carlos helped us so much. He helped us find the best car within our budget and they did not have bait cars that were actually in bad conditions. Their postings of cars were honest and we didn't see any cars that were had worse condition then described. He also gave us a 6 month warranty, even when ours was a used car, which made us feel like we were in really good hands. I really recommend this place!

Carlos was very polite and made the car buying process fast and pleasant. The vehicle was as described and the price was beyond fair. The young lady at CG was super courteous, very helpful, and answered all my questions without making me feel like l was asking too many questions! I will 100% be back for another vehicle when it is needed. Spanish speaking was a plus since my mom felt included!
