This store as a whole is not a bad store but the store manager Erica is very rude I been in the store and had her give me an attitude along with other customers. Only time she was ever kind when they had other managers in there which I guess is higher ups according to their name tags. Contacted Autozone customer service and it fell on deaf ears they have continued to still keep her at this location with out any coaching. Hopefully Autozone pays the rest of the employees at this store a good wage to deal with her as they are always helpful and go above and beyond. Do the right thing Autozone and listen to all the reviews customers left about the manager and resolve it.

Erica S at store 1128 is such a pleasure to deal with. Extremely helpful and knows her job, and how to navigate through the system where some other employees don’t. Extremely punctual and kind.I wouldn’t mess with her either because she means BUSINESS!

There is a lady at this location I believe her name is Erica because another customer that left a review added a picture of her. I’ve experienced some racism here and I would love to reach out to corporate about this issue. She had helped me with my check engine light and was kind of welcoming at first but after going into the store to read my results two Caucasian people walked out the store and the alarm went off and she said to them “your fine have a great night,” without checking them. When she printed my results she acted like she didn’t want to explain to me about them even though I told her it was my first time and just left me on the edge about the situation. As I was walking out she didn’t give me a goodbye or anything along with the other male Employee who was also Caucasian.

It's on par with other, similar auto part stores. Selection, and staff knowledge are both only found in the computer. If it's not in the computer, the staff is clueless.

Employees have a tendency to sprint full speed into the back room, where they disappear into Narnia for 400 years when they see you approach the checkout counter. At least they had entertainment. 2 guys who I can only assume were ballerinas looked me dead in the eye and pulled a full 180 turn on their tippy toes. A beautiful display really.

Has to be some of the rudest employees i have evet encountered. The woman Erica rather talk to other employees in the stock area then assist any customers on the sales floor while shoveling pizza into her mouth. When she does interact with customers she is rude and nonhelpful. Amazing that you allow such an individual to have employment here. I will shop at the other service shop a mere 2 blocks away. When she isnt helping ( ha ha) she is out front smoking as customers go in and out of the store thats so professional of her. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS

Probably not a good idea to go to the store if you're looking for any kind of service the guy named will is too lazy to come out behind the counter and busy playing on his phone. Shouting at the older gentleman .Refuses to ring people up and then walks in the back.That's customer service what a shame

They are always great to stop and have them check codes for engine lights. Unfortunately, not the first time I have had to use them for this. Also, great return service as well.

The Manager Tony N was very helpful towards me and my mom when we had an issue with a battery replacement. He took the time to help us. He's a great professional Manager!

Tony N was outstanding my son car was shutting off he immediately new what to do to fix it he was amazing and so professional his hard work left us feeling comfortable to drive home safely. Customers are very concerned when they come into AutoZone but he definitely knows how to address car issues and we’re so thankful

Rafael is the absolute GOAT, went above and beyond to help me fix a problem that had me pretty frustrated. 10/10 would come here for assistance again, couldn't be more satisfied with the speed and quality of the service here
