I’ve been here twice and each experience was smooth and great. They listen and attempts to all your questions and they are very polite .. from the front desk to the back room to seeing the doctor everyone was so helpful and attentive.

Everytime I have brought my daughter or myself here, the staff have been very nice and friendly. We never had to wait too long. The drs and nurses always take their times with us.

I came in needing to get testedfor covid. They tested for both covid and the flu. The tests were fast and the doctor and nurse were both very kind.

Worse customer experience with Christine. We were in the waiting room and Christine looks at us and says to the receptionist “why are these people staring at me” referring to us. Then she calls us in and stated what are you in for as this form is not asking for anything. The form was clear. We asked for another medical assistant to check us in and she stormed off and told the other medical assistant “they said I was rude” can you check them in. The sign in the lobby states that patients will not be discriminated against but to hear “these people” and to be treated less than human does not fit the sign in the lobby. Coming to an Urgent Care is already nerve racking and to be treated less than a human is insane. Christine needs to be removed from this practice and from engaging any patients. It takes nothing to be nice and help the patients fill comfortable. We will decide how we will move forward with further reporting this inhumane treatment from someone who is on your frontline with the Department of Health and New Jersey Board of Nursing.
