This place is a gem in a small town. I went there today and Dave and the lady that was working there were super helpful and just pleasant people. He did an arrangement that was breathtaking!!

This arrangement was beautiful and lasted for a long time. Normally I get flowers and expect to have them for 5 days max. This arrangement lasted a week and a half. The owner was so thoughtful, she made sure to tell me to change the water ever 3 days and to trim the stems after the first week.

Flowers were absolutely stunning, however customer service was terrible. I called for information regarding my flowers since I had missed the delivery. The woman whom answered the phone was not welcoming at all and seemed very bothered. I couldn’t have gotten off the phone soon enough.

Upscale generally does beautiful work beginning with their vases to the fresh cut unique arrangements. Price point to match - Not Overly Charging ?Let me start by saying, Ms. Vanessa apologized and replaced one of the larger pieces.However the ? Flowers that I received from them for my 60th Birthday were surprisingly disappointing.I received 3 vases of bouquets within 4 hours ALL WITH SIMILAR FLOWERS/Arrangements, 2 had the same half dead roses ?, and most of the lilies were wide open without any buds on the stems in all 3.Only one that stood out was directly called in by my daughter and even that had ½ dead roses ?.It was as if they didn't realize they were going to the same person and it was the end of the week so I received the leftovers.Thank you for Good Customer Service/Satisfaction ?

My husband has been getting me flowers from Upscale for almost 2 yrs. The flowers are always vibrant and gorgeous. My husband surprised me with a bouquet this Christmas and it was like something out of a hallmark movie. They're beautiful!

I received flowers from my friend in Florida for my birthday. Upscale flowers did such an amazing job. They were the most beautiful flowers ever. The lilies and roses were bigger than I have ever seen and they still look as good as they did a week ago when received. I even called to tell them how beautiful they are. They sure picked a perfect name, Upscale flowers because these flowers sure are above and beyond upscale!!
