Paul the owner blessed me with the opportunity to purchase a 2014 Ford escape?which is beautiful in my eyes, he's very easy to talk to breaks down the "car lingo". And was awesome sauce✨. owned by two upfront & honest brothers. Bought my 2015 patriot october of 22’ @ 132k mi. Its now 03/23/24 & im @ 158k mi and no issues. Just did a transmission & oil filter and fluid flush with them and the service and price by far beats out a dealer. Highly recommend

Horrible car dealer I bought a truck from these people. The minute I get it home it has a massive oil leak I brought it back to them they claimed they fixed it. But it wasn’t fixed I brought it back to them again and they ended up keeping my truck for just about 2 months I would call for updates on my truck every week and they could never give me an honest answer always beating around the bush then I would leave them voicemails and they would say they never got them. After having my truck for 2 months I finally call them and ask what’s going on I need my truck back they then proceed to tell me that they don’t have my truck somebody else is doing the work on my truck and I was told I had to pay for half of the work after they told me they agreed to fix the truck on them. Do not do buisness here.

My first experience buying a vehicle from these guys I had great things to say about them and their service. Thinking they were a trusted source to continue purchasing vehicles from I came back ! I was informed by the owner that a service for the exhaust was due in advance. After I drove off I noticed the alternator or battery was weak and returned with the concerns. They said I need to drive it so the alternator can charge the battery. Day two I get a local oil change and they inform me that I need undercoating due to rust. Right after that I stop a store and come back only to need a jump on my way to work. Battery was shot ! Day 3 same issue I had it towed back to “Brothers auto” . It’s now been two weeks and the repair hasn’t been completed and the either don’t answer the phone, say they’ll call back with updates and NEVER do or, give a lame excuse for what’s going on let’s not forget the holiday delay right? Today I was told I would be getting it back today before closing hours and that was a lie ! I’m due for payment in one week of a vehicle I drove 3 times. I’ve since been hitching rides and catching Uber’s everywhere. Honesty and communication goes a long way.

After looking for a while for a used car for my step son as his first ever commuter vehicle. We visited brothers auto and they were super informative as well as knowledgeable. We spoke with John and the other owner who really walked through the entire buying process and were VERY up front and most importantly HONEST with every aspect of the vehicle.I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air it is to deal with someone so helpful. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Absolute lifesavers!!!
