Dean and his staff guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and were there to answer every question I had. Recently my daughter was in an accident and of course I took the car to Autotech. This time I dealt with Dan and Dean jr. and they were great as well. The car wound up being a total loss but thanks to their help I was able to secure a fair settlement from the insurance company. “Since Pep Boys retail closed in Glassboro and I lost my contract there I've been using AZ. Went to the one on the Pike directly across from Fries Mill road. I walk in and I see one employee at the far end of the counter. As I get closer I see it's my contact from Pep Boys. As per usual he hooks me up. Even if he went there, AZ still hooks people up. I usually go to the one in Williamstown and they've always been helpful, but the other is closer to me.”

“The truth is that they did a wonderful and fast job. My car came in on a Thursday morning. Dan told me that they would give it a little priority to see if it could be repaired quickly, and so it was. On Friday at 5pm I was receiving a call from Dan saying that it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the car was delivered to me clean and the work done was very good. I would really recommend this place to anyone.”

“A great experience from beginning to end at Triple Crown Collision after I had a parking lot fender bender. Dealing with any sort of car issue is always stressful and while other places made it worse when they said they wouldn't look at my car until the following week, Cierra at the front desk got me in touch with Steve the owner and he came in on his day off to meet me that afternoon. They were both so warm and friendly, they instantly put me at ease. I was unsure as to what steps I needed to take and Steve walked me through opening the claim with my insurance and got me set up with a rental reservation. He handled all the communication with my insurance company in regards to getting them out for an estimate. He said he would have my car ready in a week and it was ready in five days! It looks as good as new and they detailed the inside as well. I'm so pleased with the quality of work and the quality of customer service I received. Communication was clear, quick, and exactly the right amount - keeping me updated without bogging me down with details as the work was ongoing. I will definitely be recommending Triple Crown to anyone who asks!”

“My daughter’s car was burning oil much faster than it should’ve. We were working with the service manager Charles Chirichello. From the very beginning Charlie was very helpful and accommodating. There was a process to follow due to the warranty of the car. In the end the engine was replaced and all is good now. Even had a little glitch after we got the car back and Charlie was right on it to have it looked at and corrected. My daughter and I are very thankful to Charlie and the Hyundai service team who fixed the car.”

“I was here a few weeks ago on a Friday 45mins before they closed. I called them to see if they had some parts for my Dodge Grand Caravan & they did. Once I arrived one of the guys in the yard drive me to Caravan they had on site & allowed me to remove the items I needed for my van (small easy items no tools required) Once I was done he drove me back up front & gave me a great price on my car parts. This yard sits on 10 acres with alot & I mean alot of inventory. If you haven't been here yet you need to check them out & write a review about your experience there. I just hope it was a great as mean.”
