Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity for my pup to receive their services, but not for the lack of trying various ways with multiple attempts. This company has instructions on its website to call, email, or text to make an appointment, disclaiming that a reply will be given within 48hrs or less; this is entirely understandable but downright further from the truth. After my desperate final attempt in reaching them (a text that was very informative about their promises displayed on the website), I did receive the most condescending unprofessional response via email from the one I sent them 5 days earlier (that's 120hrs and a text later.) And like their previous replies to these reviews, I too have screenshots and proof of their correspondence and website information. I told them thanks for finally responding, but I’d be taking my business elsewhere.*UPDATE*Your timeline is missing information. You seem to have forgotten to mention that we had also called about a month prior to having sent a text message to state the email was never followed up on. We left a voicemail with our information that was never responded to. I also thanked you for your reply back and wished you well about your health even though I'm taking my business elsewhere. Your health has nothing to do with this decision, and I truly do wish you well; this was based solely in part on the lack of communication on your part. Thanks.

Terrible customer service. Long story short. They dropped me as a customer because I had to cancel my appointment 1 hour before. Due to covid. They were so cold and mean about it.

With a little effort I was able to put together an appointment to have my dog groomed by this convenient service. They arrived at my home on time and warmly received my dog and handed her back to me completely groomed in about an hour. Price was originally one of my concerns but when I called around to find out what groomers cost this service is a bargain for what you get. One of the best parts of this service is not having to take your dog to the groomer leave your dog with the groomer all day with other dogs and then at the end of the day you pick your dog up that's a lot of work. I will say that CAD is a quality dog grooming Service that I wish I knew about when we had our old dog. Once you try the service you'll never ever go back to the old way hopefully they're around for a long time.

The groomer we had was great her name is Kelly. She was on time and our dog looked well groomed after each session. The reason for 2 stars…is that our groomer left the business and we were never notified. We had grooming appointments for the next 6 months. The morning of our dog’s appointment we noticed the groomer was late so we sent her a text. She responded about and hour or so later letting us know she was no longer with the company. We then reached out to the business number and never received a response. I would love to recommend this business but I can’t recommend a business that doesn’t value their clients (we never missed an appointment in the year or so we’ve been a client).

No call/no show. They do not answer when you reach out to them. Nor do they respond by text or email.

Over the past three months, they have cancelled our appointments same day. They are not trustworthy, they provide no solutions issues with scheduling on their end, they never call to speak with you - they only communicate via email.

We had our first appointment with Callin All Dogs this afternoon. It was my 75 lb dog’s first ever professional grooming. He was a little nervous and cried a good bit but the groomer was very patient and thorough. He smells great and looks great! We are very happy! Thank you!!

Christina always did a good job. I used them for 1 or 2 years. Last appointment she didn't show nor contact me. 4 days later I received a text from Gina. Not much of an explanation to come days after the no show. She did say she would definitely let me know if they could fit my pet in. Never heard from her again. Worst customer service ever.
