For the past twenty five years, i've been going to this bank and all of a sudden It went downhill Lousy service and unfriendly people, just a waste of time going there. I guess that's why there's never anybody, in there anymore? If you speak with the manager that's just a waste of your time

I went to this branch to open a business bank account July 13, 2023. I asked for an experienced manager when I walked into the bank and Mike said he was the man for the job. So I gave Mike all of my business paperwork and I opened up the account. One week later he called me to tell me he got the name of the company wrong and I had to go back into the bank to fill out additional paperwork. Listen, if you can't get the name of the company correct what other mistakes are you liable to make in the future? Especially when i specifically requested an experienced banker. So I closed out the account just 8 days later. And let me just add, it's not like the company name was in a foreign language where you might naturally make a mistake. He was careless and in a rush and it cost him and the bank a customer. Good luck.

Walked in 20 minutes before closing to set up a checking account and was told to come back another day by the lazy worker! Their staff didn’t feel like accommodating us just because they wanted to leave. Just horrible.

I went to this branch a few different times as I moved my different business accounts to Wells Fargo. Bart (Konopacki?) was very professional, very knowledgeable, and overall very helpful. I had questions about payroll and DirectPay/direct deposit for my business and Bart took the time to look up for information from his portal and to actually connect me with ADP! That is what I call a “customer first” attitude! Way to go above and beyond!Don’t get me wrong, my local WF branch (in Roselle) is great, but when I need a banker, Clark is my go-to branch!Thanks Bart! And Thank you WF Clark!

Now i know why the bank is empty at this location. Management had nerve to call my business partner because I made a withdraw and signed the business name instead of mine. The two hags at window were very unprofessional and played detective and had my business debit card and license and still made a scene. It was not the first time I signed it with business name and had no problem. I recall one of those ladies giving me a problem before for signing a check and not using a stamp. Get rid of them. I called corporate to report this branch. MAYBE NOW YOU CAN CALL ME!!

I came to get a new debit card and waited in the waiting area for about 10 minutes. That’s totally fine if everyone was busy but one of the bankers was just sitting in his office goofing around and chatting away as if it’s social hour. ?

THE MANAGER LIED TO MY FACE AND I GET ON GOOGLE TO WRITE A REVIEW AND APPERANTLY THIS IS STANDARD PRACTICE FOR MANAGEMENT THEIR!!!!!! I have banked with Wells Fargo for more than 10 years today I go to get a cashier check & the manager with an attitude for no reason wanted to charge me $10 I have never been charged a fee before which I told her she said that per my account I am do not get cashier check for free. I left I went to a branch down the street on wood ave in linden The staff their was more than pleasant I got my cashier check with no issue, no attitude and without a fee. I was ready to close my account with wellsfargo today, because on one very rude manager and I still might. I feel I was treated very poorly for a faithful customer. Never GO TO THE CLARK branch every else there is nice but the manager should not be in customer service!!!

Went in the delete a name off of an account. Been over 2 weeks and the branch manager tells me there was an error on their part. Also the service and treatment I received from the manger and another worker has been biased to say the least JUSTTHORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
