Lizette was wonderful, patient & thorough. I find getting a new phone an excruciating experience, but when I need one I always return to the Clark Verizon store. I know I'm in good hands there.

Phil was extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately, he turned put to be a typical salesman and NEVER told me about the extra $70 in fees associated with doing business with a 3rd party Verizon company. He also took it upon himself to install a screen protector on my phone without asking if I wanted it. An extra $65 I couldn't return because he opened it. Be wearyUpdate: they have not done anything to rectify the situation. No surprise

Went in on Sunday 11/26/23. Nathan was very helpful and patience with my service. I switched carriers.Had a minor issue with my phone, went back and Nathan helped me again, nice guy and very helpful.

Excellent service from Philip and the manager, Ed. They help get the best deal for my trade in and my services. Ed set up my phone and even applied my screen protector and case. I will definitely use them the next time I need to upgrade my phone.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Placed a pick up order for a new phone through the Verizon app. They were listed as having it in stock, and available for 2 hour pick up. Now it was a new release iPhone so i wasn’t upset when i got there to find out to not have it. I was upset that i got no notification before driving there in the rain just for a very rude employee to see to shrug his shoulders to tell me there’s nothing they can do to help me further. He also told me they don’t keep anything in stock and all orders are pre orders that they have to place so even if they had it in stock i wouldn’t be able to pick it up for 5 days. And when i asked “why does it show in stock and available within 2 hours” he told me they’re a third party so it’s not their business. I had to spend the next hour on the phone with Verizon customer service to have this settled. My dad placed an order at the Woodbridge Verizon and had a ready for pick up email within 30 minutes. I’d opt for Woodbridge maybe they have customer service skills. And maybe they’re considerate enough to call once you placed the order to inform you that they don’t have it because i didn’t get a single phone call for an hour and a half after placing the order. It was not busy in there either, and it was well within the scope of good customer service to give me a call.

The good: Great staff, short waits, knowledgable.The bad: DO NOT buy any accessories fromthis place. The screen protector sales pitch is a racket. $60 for a “lifetime warranty” is a complete scam. They tell you they’ll replace it for free but it’s only in the first 30 days, after that you have to “go through the manufacturer” and pay $10 in shipping. You can by a 3 pack on Amazon for $10 so what’s the point.

I had a bunch of problems with my account. I spoke with Ed and he was very patient, asked questions, listened to the answers and got all of my problems resolved within 30 minutes. This is amazing customer service. 10 STARS!!

I would not recommend this Verizon dealer as I felt like they provided the wrong monthly amount and added on frivolous costs without my knowledge. I went there to add a line to my account.1. They tried to add on a setup fee which they ended up waiving after I complained because they never mentioned it at any point of my visit.2. They said the monthly cost would be $32 but when I logged into my account online it was actually $42.3. They signed this line up for Apple One which we didn’t want and cost $10 a month. I cancelled but still on the hook for some of it4. The only insurance option provided was $17 a month but when checked online after I left the store, I was able to reduce that to $7 without giving up any major features.I would recommend calling Verizon directly and dealing with them.

I visited the Verizon store for an upgrade and Tariq was most helpful. I was immediately greeted, and the upgrade was a smooth transition. I encountered no issues. I would visit and recommend this location for sure.
