The tow truck arrived around the time the dispatcher gave me. It was clean and looked new. The driver was friendly and quick. “Found Road Runners online when looking for a place that could do all the upgrades I had in mind with my 2024 F150. First time I stepped foot into the shop I was immediately greeted and made to feel like I was a family member stopping by to say hi - Nick, who initially helped me out with my list of things to do, was great and showed me some of the bed cover samples they had to give me a better idea of what I wanted. When I met Rob shortly afterwards I couldn’t help but feel like we had known each other for 20 years, just the kind of guy he is, so friendly and helpful, he really helped me to fully understand all of my upgrades and talked through the technical aspects behind everything. Rob kept me abreast of everything going on leading up to my appointment and then throughout the time they worked on my truck. When I went to pick it up, I was truly blown away!
