4-28-23 Everything was awful. The workers where none existent, helping no one no where to be found. The shelves where a mess in the clothing section, and there was food mold on it!! I am disgusted!!!! Drive a few extra minutes to the Menlo Park, South Plainfield, Milltown, or Union target.

This Target is amazing! After the remodel, the Target is huge and stunning. Always clean, nice employees, stocked shelves, etc.

I just left Target in Clark my cashier was Dawn she was so pleasant and kind she really made my day. I was one of the last customers she could have been annoyed but she was still upbeat helpful and sweet I come here often this was the first time I had such great customer service. The last time I came here I had a bad experience with a staff member I think her name was like Philis or something after asking her a simple question she got super nasty with me. I actually didn't plan on returning to this location but I was in the area. So this was refreshing to say the least, Dawn immediately greeted me after she finished with her customer , she was very personable she answered any question I had. She even told me have a great night and to get home safe. I'm a business owner in the service industry so customer service means a lot to me and she was great. Keep up the great work Dawn.

This location really struggles with inventory management. The shelves are stripped bare when stores within a 10 miles radius arent so it's got to be a management v supply chain issue. Watchung and Linden are better.

Don't get me wrong, I love Target. This one, however...is a different story. I only go here as a last resort. They usually don't have anything I need stocked, I've seen non-service animals barking and lunging at people, and the employees oftentimes are rude. One accused me of stealing at the self checkout (which was absolutely not true) and took over the scanning for me. Other customers were staring as this employee caused a scene and I was completely embarrassed. Do not give them your business if you can avoid it.

I went here to help my little sisters pick out bathing suits. We went to the fitting room and asked if we could all go into a family size one, the worker BRITTNEY D. Said ok and my sister said "is it ok if i leave my cart here?" To which she clearly heard her and replied yes. We spent a few mins in there, as my sisters are young teenage girls wanting to pick the right outfit, ask opinions, etc. I run out to get her a different size and I see a SECURITY guard standing right outside the door, talking to Brittney who's rudely eyeballing me. Thinking it must be a coincidence, I continue on with shopping and grabbing my sister the right size. I come back to the fitting room to the security guard and BRITTANY pointing and still staring at me and whispering and I go back in to give my sister the bathing suit. Then, maybe 5 minutes later, Britney bangs on the door and asks if everything is OK. All while i'm hearing them whispering out side my FITTING ROOM door... Made us totally uncomfortable and weirded out so we grabbed our stuff to leave. two minutes later, she bangs on the door again and asks "is this your cart out here?" As my sister JUST told her it was. as soon as we leave her and the security guard bombard the fitting room and look around while staring us down. Brittany followed us around the whole store, staring at us the entire time. She made us all feel very uncomfortable and I don't think this is acceptable or professional behavior. We will NOT be returning to this location ever because of BRITTANY D's disgusting behavior.

They never have what you ordered online i've ordered from the store several times before very disappointing you drive there to make a pick up and they say either they don't have it or you cancel the orders I am not a liar or an exaggerator this story is poorly managed.

I only come here when I'm in the area and need to grab something. Usually it's during the morning because the line gets crazy later in the day. This Target always has a ridiculous line and wait time. During my last visit the line wrapped all the way to the bread section. I've never experience such at long wait time at any of the other Targets I visit.

Trying to call this target is like talking to a wall. I've been trying to call them all day at different times to speak to someone about my order and no one picks up. It's very frustrating

What a joke. An employee at this location accused me of cutting a nonexistent line for the self-checkout, where I still had to wait my turn for a machine. She made me get out of line to let another customer go in front of me who was nowhere near the end of the line when I walked up. I informed the employee that I was there before the other customer, and was met with attitude. The other customer didn't say anything and wasn't believing I cut them. Why are they paying Target employees to poorly direct lines now? Absolutely ridiculous.

Is this location closing down? It certainly looks like a store in its last days. You'd think with Shoprite across the street, Whole Foods around the corner and an Acme store a few blocks away they'd at least make an effort to stock the shelves in the food department. I asked someone I know who works there what's going on and they told me it's a case of clueless, terrible management that are only interested in punching in and out for the day as opposed to making this place gray like it used to be. They don't make any money so they cut staffing the store. Meanwhile the backroom is busting at the seams with product that doesn't make it out to the salesfloor.

I ordered an immersion blender and applesauce from target for drive by pick up. When I arrived I was first given the wrong order. No one asked for my name. I gave back the wrong order told the team member my name and waited. When he came back he handed me my applesauce and told me that he had to process my return. When I asked what he was talking about I was told that since they take the car description they do not ask people their names to verify the order. My blender was put in someone else's car! And it was the last one in stock. When I asked how this happened I was told this was a reoccurring issue since they do not ask for names and go off the vehicle description. This is the stupidest policy I have ever heard of since most of the US drives the same stupid car. I understand we're all social distancing but if EVERY other store can manage to ask a customer their name for orders then so can you target! Beyond angry.

Seriously...what is wrong with this store? Why is it never stocked with anything?? There is something very wrong going on here and you are going to loose a lot of business if you all don't get your act together. Truly it's embarrassing that this has been allowed to go on as long as it has. Target Corporate needs to step in!

While the staff isn't super friendly, they're at least somewhat helpful. Not the biggest or cleanest target but I have no legit concerns. The store meets my needs and is conveniently located. Will continue to shop here and buy more than I probably should.

They never have anything in stock. The place is in ruins usually. The manager doesn't know how to run this location. I use Shipt and they'd always have to refund me for items that weren't available even though listed in stock. It's just really the worst Target I've ever been to and super difficult to use with an otherwise good service, Shipt.
