Spent about 3 hours here getting highlights, lowlights, and a cut. Was charged over $200. Stylist seemed distracted. Only the top part came out with color. Really bright on the top, big blotches in the back, zero color on the ends. Nothing done to fix it. Stylist walked out the door as I was paying. Couldn't even talk to her to have her fix it. Seems as though she knew she messed up but she should have at least apologized and threw a toner on the top or something, or pulled some more highlights through on the ends considering neither the highlights nor lowlights showed up on the ends at all. I went to super cuts the next day because what was on top of my head was so embarrassing and they said they were all booked up that day and leaving early. Supercuts fixed it beautifully for a forth of the price. The cut was also a simple straight across cut yet very choppy and not even.
