This review is for the pharmacy, which I would recommend to STAY AWAY if it is possible! Especially the white tall male pharmacist, who is the rudest I have met in my life. He first lied to me about insurance information (or he has no idea what he is required to know), refused to do any investigation of my issue, then stated I wasted his time and thrown me an internal used document, asked me to go away. But thanks him for giving me the internal document, which should not be given to the customer, I called their internal phone number by myself, followed the instructions and went to another location, my issue is simply solved there. It is really a shame for this person to be at this kind of position, which supposed to help ill people instead of creating extra pain.

Never had a problem here. Maybe because I was nice to the workers, it was reciprocated? I’m only speaking from my experience, but I haven’t had the “horrible” experiences that these other people are mentioning. Maybe I’m old school, but being nice works both ways. There was a couple times I had to wait a couple minutes for a cashier, but it was never a dreadful amount of time, and I saw them doing stuff in the aisles so maybe they’re just given too many jobs for one person? If anything that makes me want to be nicer to them.

All I can say is C Susan - a worker at this location. HER NAME IS C SUSAN. This woman is absolutely terrible. I was in there for all off 2 min dropping off a package at fedex and she disrespected 3 people. One of those people didn’t even walk in the store and she told him to leave because they didn’t accept that “size” package. She kept saying “unbelievable” and shaking her head and making rude comments. I am never ever spending my money at this pharmacy again because of Susan. I am switching to the new CVS. Susan should literally be fired and never have to associate with customers ever again. How was she hired??? I wouldn’t even give them one star.

Multiple times have told me that my prescription is ready, only for me drive there and pick it up and half of it is "not in stock". Was promised that they would put an order in, and days later there isn't even a refill on file for me when I call. Waiting on hold for 20+ minutes to speak to someone and then still being unable to get through. Tired of constantly having my time wasted and being lied to. Don't bother with the pharmacy here.

Sent my disposable camera to get back my pictures. Never got called, went in and they said my order was sent back because no one answered. They said they would call again and took down my number and order. 2 years of film to never see any of them!! SO SAD

When this was Rite Aid it was amazing. Since Walgreen’s took over, it has gotten progressively worse, not just because of COVID. Many other pharmacies have recovered and can fill prescriptions in a timely manner. They cannot even manage prescription records. This location needs to close.

The WORST pharmacy in the county by far! They have lost prescriptions on me more than once with no apology. They never call you when prescriptions are ready and you can spend the better part of your life waiting on hold for help if you need it. You would be better off literally anywhere, even filling your script on the street instead of going here! Horrible, wish I could give it negative stars!

Wow, i checked the reviews while i was on hold for checking status on a prescription.. so i am not the only one !! The experience is always bad here. And i think i know the 'Susan' the other reviewer was talking about .. Susan or not, there is definitely a woman there who behaves like that. Time to switch pharmacy.

This pharmacy is an actual disgrace. The staff is extremely rude and misinformed on almost all matters. They never have your medications ready or correct. Today waited 30 mins to try and get a flu vaccine they told me they are completely booked have appointments every 10 mins. Was in the store for about an hour not one person came in and received any vaccination. Store was empty. Pharmacist on call very lazy and nasty. Lastly and most importantly they mix up medications all the time. I believe this pharmacy is dangerous. DO NOT USE

I had a problem with my son's prescription supposedly not being covered by insurance. Elias, one of the pharmacists, stayed on the line with the customer service rep of the Rx insurance, and stayed true to his word to call me back once things got settled. There was still an error in my insurance card but he figured it out and got my son's prescription approved eventually. Thank you!

God do I miss the days of old when your local pharmacist was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Walgreens is ALWAYS Understaffed @ every location. Why TF do I have to wait for half an hour to get a team member to unlock OTC meds? I had to leave without my meds because I still needed to eat lunch. I went outside and ordered on Amazon... IT'LL BE AT MY FRONT DOOR TOMORROW for less money at that.

On hold for 45 minutes with the pharmacy. Still waiting for someone to pick up. Even for Walgreens that is pitiful. The pharmacy closes at 10:00pm and it's 7:00pm now. Why won't anyone pick up? Sad....Called customer service.She took my name and number and said she would walk it over to the pharmacy and have them call me.30 minutes later still no call or answering phones. I have one simple question...this is horrible...1 hour and 30 minutes wasted for a question that would take 30 seconds...

Same awful service experience as others with C Sysann! Referred to me as "Honey", provided absolutely zero help with my fedex request and suggested I go to Whole Foods instead. Whole foods serves UPS not fedex. This woman is an absolute disgrace to Walgreens. If they can't hire decently capable staff, they should shut this location.
