“Fun little store with home baked goods, staple items and deli ( they'll make you a sandwich to order.) Deli prices were good, frozen meats were on the high side.”

598 Central Ave Ste 7, New Providence“I love Tara, who works at this post office, I live in Summit and come all the way here just because of her. I always have a prepaid label so it is a quick in and out, I have a small business and do a lot of shipping. When being attended by other other officers, even having pre-paid labels, I have sometimes ran into comments about how something about my package or my label is wrong (wrong package type, wrong sticker placement, wrong "zone rate" (my labels are created automatically by the USPS software based on accurate package details and shipping info so these comments don't even make sense). That has never happened with Tara and my package delivery rate is 100% with her.”
“Jaison is courteous, respectful and answers questions without holding the line up. The only time there is a problem is when the customer is not ready. Usually the wrong information. He’s fast which keeps the line moving. My favorite post office by far.”

I wish we had more workers like her in other post offices ?. And trust me I've been to many, they are always so rude, slow and have the worst attitude.”
“"The staff was friendly and helpful.""The process was quick and easy.""I was in and out in less than 30 minutes."Here are some of the negative reviews:"The wait times were long.""The staff was not very knowledgeable.""The facility was not very clean."Overall, it seems like the USPS Kilmer NJ facility is an average facility with some good and some bad points. If you are planning to visit this facility, I recommend that you be prepared for a wait and that you have all of the required documentation with you. Here are some additional tips for visiting the USPS Kilmer NJ facility:Make an appointment online to avoid long wait times.Bring all of the required documentation with you.Be prepared to pay the applicable fees.”

8:30AM - 5PM
228 Main St, Staten Island“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”
“Even though it's often busy, the young ladies in the front are always courteous and apologize for the wait/ensure those of us waiting in line that they will be right with us (and they are). They're organized, efficient, and great at what they do...and so the line moves quickly.
They are also patient when customers need help/have questions.
And one of the young ladies up front is VERY funny! She was clever/witty and engaging with customers in a way that made me laugh several times while waiting.”
“The nicest post office I visited.
All employees very helpful, very fast.
Especially Tanya, it was right before closing and she was very helpful.
Thank you for service”
“Best USPS in the area. Only strange part is when the lot is full and the post office is empty. Maybe Dunkin Donuts customers parked there? Going to miss Glen. Happy Retirement to him!”

605 Port Reading Ave, Port Reading“Brittany was really helpful, and she was was so sweeeeeeeet. This girls need to be the manager already!! What are you guys waiting for. So excited to drop my packages off and she her their. She really makes my day.”
“Nice place. Usually not crowded and staff are always happy to help.Maybe some issues with parking, especially if you need to drop a heavy package inside (it's only a few parking spots in front of the entrance which always occupied even if no people inside).”
“Great pharmacy. Owner and staff are professional and friendly, except for one staff in post office who is mean and rude (that was 2 yrs ago), not sure if he still works there.”

364 Springfield Ave, Berkeley Heights“In all honesty, I only ever come in here to buy stamps, but I've found that the people behind the counter are invariably friendly and helpful, and the lines have never been very long (at least that's been my experience so far). The parking situation is the only down side, and can be confusing if you're not from the area. You have to pull into the shopping center (or strip mall; I'm not sure which it would "technically" qualify as), travel 1-way past the Dunkin Donuts (used to be a Boston Market) and a few other stores, and then pull into whatever available space you can find. Pulling in isn't so much the problem as backing out, as the cars that are coming in tend to do so at a high rate of speed. Then again, I've become a timid driver in my old age.Sometimes I'll park on the less crowded side of the (small) shopping center in order to avoid that potential hazardous pitfall.Pulling back out onto Springfield Ave. can be a pain in the neck too. You can only pull out in one direction, which is not the direction that takes me home. A relatively minor annoyance, though, when I consider how quickly and painlessly I'm able to buy my postage stamps. And, on a side note, whatever happened to the Wanted posters that used to hang from post office walls? I never recognized any of the thugs, desperadoes, terrorists, bank robbers or felonious maniacs pictured on them, but I always derived a certain morbid entertainment value from perusing them. I guess "America's Most Wanted" on TV made them obsolete? Inquiring minds want to know...If I happen to be in the area, this is the post office I prefer to patronize.I can't speak for their mail delivery, or how adeptly they handle incoming packages, or how well they process money orders, etc.But if you're interested only in buying stamps, this place is very highly recommended.”

475 Watchung Ave Ste 1, Watchung“Always excellent service and very quick. I’ve been coming to this post office for quite a few years and have now moved out of the area but still go to this location whenever I am in the area for work to mail out anything I need. They aren’t open for many hours, but it’s always perfect to stop in on my lunch break!”
“Friendly staff. There's short term parking outside which is convenient. I had to ship a large number of books and between buying postage online through PayPal, dropping off labeled boxes at the post office, it was much easier than I expected.”
“This post office has the most amazing clerk she was very patience with my 20 questions. The young lady was very polite. I left there very confident leaving my packages in her hands.”
“This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”
“One of my absolute favorite post office locations in the area! Debbie and Shariff are personable, friendly, professional, always providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Keep up the phenomenal work!!!”
“Went to this location last week to mail products for my business. As a small business owner I am constantly in the post office and I definitely will make this my permanent mailing location moving forward!”
“It's a US Post Office! People gotta manage their expectations when visiting such a place. I don't tend to have any issues here. The only complaint I could reasonably make is that silly plastic that hangs over the counter to "protect" people from the 2020 flu. ?? It's actually laughable that people believe it does anything of the sort. That's just the Post Office for ya. Don't let it ruin your day. The person on the other side of the counter doesn't want to be there either. They're probably there only for the benefits.”
