I needed a basket delivered to relatives in Short Hills, NJ who just lost their beloved mother. they were only going to sit Shiva one day, so timing was urgent. The owner (Dean) thankfully happened to be in the shop on Sunday (they were closed). He answered the phone, understood my dilemma (I'm in Bethesda, MD) and said that someone would hand deliver the basket the following afternoon. They customized it and made it really nice. What a great company, so customer service oriented. Many thanks to Dean and his team!
