We had a terrific overall experience with Manny and his team at Paper Chase purchasing and installing our new carpet. Gina provided terrific customer service with the selection process. She was patient and made helpful suggestions in regards to color scheme and various lighting aspects. Ronaldo and his assistant were immaculate with the installation process from hauling away the old carpet and installing the new. We will absolutely return for any other decorating needs we may have in the future!!!

I've been shopping at Paper Chase for years to buy Benjamin Moore paint. It's quality paint. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped me choose the right colors and sheen. The designers help with questions so your project is successful. I needed my house interior and exterior painted. I contracted with Paper Chase to do the job and I'm so pleased with how beautiful my house looks. They just came back today to paint my front door. I let them choose the blue color and it's beautiful. They're neat, respectful of your property and you don't have any worries. If you need a small or large job done then look no further. I ran out of paint half way through painting my kitchen cabinets (special paint). I brought my can in to match it and Manny at the counter told me it is impossible to get and that the manufacturer is having a hard time keeping it supplied. He asked if I could wait one minute, he made some calls and asked me to come back in an hour. He called me 30 minutes later and said I could pick up my order. I went back and he found the last can anywhere around, had it mixed and ready and waiting on the counter for me. This was customer service at it's finest. Manny and crew, thank you!

My client/friend saw a wallcovering that she loved in a NY design store. They said they couldn't get it anymore. She asked me, so I emailed a photo to Paper Chase and inquired. A week later it was delivered to her home at a discounted price! THANK YOU for the awesome service. Here is a photo of the feature wall in the hallway of her 90-year-old home.

Charlie, Manny, June... everyone. Great staff, always extremely helpful and amazing final product results. Why ever think of going anywhere else? Pay less per gallon elsewhere? Yes.... Spend twice as much on multiple coats and time to do the job 2 or 3 times? Yep... Buy the right product, from the right people and spend less time on the project, with better results and in the end, less money overall. I have been seriously impressed at PaperChase with staff and products. :)

Great people to deal with. They genuinely seem to want to make the customer happy. I've hired them to remove wall covering, patch, paint, and install a new floor in my kitchen. So far they have been very helpful and responsive.

Manny and Greg were awesome to work with. Greg and the painters were on time, professional and cleaned up better than I ever have. Manny and the carpet installers were also wonderful, having to work around the 2 feet of snow we got a few days before. Everything looks wonderful! I’ll be back!
