Attendant had a unfriendly attitude in taking my order in the drive thru (3:11 PM). I would hope the young lady will consider better self awareness in the future. Negative energy passed in today's interaction made me loose my appetite.

Can’t say I’m a devoted beloved fan of the Clark Panera Bread nowadays. Sometimes I feel like it’s a toss up with the food? But I wouldn’t mind continuing to come here to get my coffees or charged drinks. The turkey and cheddar sandwich we got looked so sad. The food came out promptly though.

Excellent customer service! I'd ordered ahead via the mobile app. However, they had run out of my sandwich when I arrived. Shout out to the manager who apologized for the inconvenience, promptly refunded me and assured me that the next time I was in my next sandwich would be on the house. True to his word I received it. Highly recommend this location.

This store really went downhill when the old general manager got fired. Food is still great but the employees feel very stressed whenever the new general manager is around. Not only that but they seem more exhausted as if they weren't getting breaks. I am a regular to this store and have known these people for a very long time, so when the switch in demeanor and attitude came about I noticed. Multiple times I have been in the store with the new general manager and it feels as if the employees are very stressed out. Perhaps it's just a me thing but I feel like this is something that needs to be looked into. |

Terrible. Every time I ask and pay for extra stuff on my salad it is not provided. Also they gave me the completely wrong dressing for my salad and ruined it. Please get better employees that pay attention. This is not the first nor second not third time this has happened. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am Super disappointed , I got a bowl from here and it was not cook the associate on the picture tell me what do I want ... ( A cook food for God Sake ....) finally she reorder the bowl so rude tell me u most trash.They are not good.

I've been trying Panera again lately after a long absence. A few weeks ago, I discovered the Green Goddess Cobb Salad with chicken and have had a yen for it since.The first time I ordered it, at this location, they were out of avocado, which was totally fine as the rest of the salad more than made up for it. At a visit to the Somerville location, I got the salad only to discover when I got home that there was no chicken on it. By that point, I was too far away to do anything about it.Today I returned to the Clark location to try my luck. Ordered at the touchpad, made sure the avocado was included in the order. Picked up the indoor window and took my order back to my car. I was about to drive away when I realized I should check to make sure everything was included. Good thing I did - while the avocado was on the salad, there was no chicken. Eggs, yes, but no actual chicken.Ya gotta wonder... when the food prep people don't include an ingredient that's actually part of the name of the dish... what's going on?I went back inside and asked if, indeed, there was supposed to be chicken -- that this issue happened twice, at two locations. Honestly, it made me wonder if some Panera lawyer had advised that egg could suffice for chicken as some sort of cost cutting move. The manager introduced herself, apologized profusely for the oversight and got it fixed quickly. I really appreciated the customer-focused attitude and hope it's a good sign for this location, as I noticed other reviews aren't too great.
