Good selection of merchandise but customer service is lacking. I bought 2 items in the Union location but turned out that they didn’t fit where they needed to fit so I went to return it in the Clark location (THE SAME DAY) since I live closer to that one and the cashier and manager told me the item is tagged wrong and I have to go back to the location where I purchased it. Meanwhile I’m standing there with my screaming toddler just trying to make a return. It’s not MY fault the item is tagged wrong so why do I have to go out of MY way to return these items. Super unprofessional.
Very disappointed and annoyed that my time was wasted.

This store always has great and unexpected items. It is a well laid out store, easy to navigate through the aisles. I say that, and then I will say that the furniture area can be a bit tricky to navigate and utilizing a shopping cart.

Manager Darrel hands down the worst. In my imagination a person like this is best working from home. Not surprised seeing bad comments about him in the reviews.
This man told me “ Don’t let her break it!” when my daughter was trying to smell one of the candles and later on yelled at me and said “ Seriously! Watch your kid!!” when my daughter picked up a plastic container of plastic forks. My daughter heard what he said and was terrified, she started crying and screaming. And this same man walked past me and was shaking his head and showing me that he was annoyed about the crying. I had to comfort my daughter and leave right away.
Would you tell an adult not to break the candle? Would you yell at an adult who picks up a box of disposable forks? My daughter causes way less damage than 98% of the adults. So chill out and stop yelling at people just because you are not happy about your life.

Ronald the manager is rude and have bad attitude. I spent over 1,300 and returned items worth around 200. When I entered the store, this guy was standing talking with another employee, I said hi and I was ignored, they only looked at the items I was returning. Then, he went to the cashier processing my return and he started looking at the items very closely and looking at the tags and touching everything with a terrible face, this guy made me feel like we were doing something wrong. I was ready to say something but he didn’t even have the B to look at me.
