Rude, arrogant people! Stay away! Not professional, they do not care about their work. Just give them money and be happy. They don't know what is true customer service, they don't know how to properly clean and how to educate your customers so that it does not sound you are lecturing them. More importantly, know your craft and keep yourself updated on new ways of cleaning. They could not take care of my problem so I took it to somewhere else and they were able to take care of my problem perfectly. Stay away from this business!

I went here to get a zipper fixed. She did not have the color to match the dress. The dress is mauve and she was trying to use a baby pink zipper. When I asked if she had a clear or white zipper instead she threw the dress at me and walked away. Very un professional way to treat a customer. Will never return here ever again

DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT- DO NOT GO HERE. It is a waste of your money and energy. I am a Maid of Honor in my sisters wedding, I dropped my dress off on March 28th for just a hem and to attach a belt, a week later I got my dress back with stains all over it. I was told I had to pay for the cleaning even though I brought the dress in while it was in brand new condition, not a stain to be found. Unfortunately, after them having to clean the dress multiple times because of the produce of more stains each time, there was still a stain and now a pull in my dress. They were unsympathetic and extremely rude, it is now April 18th and my sister gets married this Sunday, so I had to take the dress home as I've now ran out of time. After paying, they threw my moms credit card and the receipt AT her, as they see no fault in ruining what was a perfectly good dress. NEVER GO TO HARVARD CLEANERS.Service: Alterations

Horrble cleaners! Brought in a dress to be shorten and it came back with stains and a pull. They screamed at me and are disrespectful. Will not be going back!Take my advice found another cleaners!!Service: Alterations

This is such a wonderful cleaners The family who a operate it will help you with any cleaning They also due excellent alterations. Now they offer masks that are very nice. I'm sure you will be pleased as our family is with this Cleaners
